Chapter 6 The Depths of Tartarus

Orion- 3 years old

This chapter may or may not be different from the other chapters. If I decide to run it like a regular finale would it might be split into two parts. For those who watch the show, they know about the season four finale. Unfortunately, the library got uhhh..... let's just say Twilight is now homeless. This can be solved in this story one of two ways. I can A. use the new castle or B. have the ponies of Ponyville make a new one for her and her family. I will be choosing depending on how this plays out. I have thought about this for a few days and I have decided to do a retake on the Finale. I will only say that there are two sets of keys and Lord Tirek has both. The rest you'll have to wait and see. I'm sorry if my stories ever sound repetitive. I am a new writer so this is my first attempt at something of this caliber. I don't mind feedback just try not to be rude about it. Also there is a time skip after this of about two years. It's just a warning. Thank you for taking time to read this if you did. Please enjoy the writing of a novice artist trying something new. I don't want to repeat myself but I will go to some things that need to be rewritten for the story. That's it I'm done speaking(talking?, writing in first person?) for now.

"All right Orion. Are you sure your ready?"

"Yes, I'm ready to try it." the orange colt replied.

"All right. Take aim. Fire when ready." said Twilight.

"Hey guys what are you doin-." said Dusk as he walked into the room.

Spike was strapped to a target in the middle of the library with Twilight watching Orion ready a spell. Not wanting anything to do with it he walked out of the room with the best poker face you can imagine. •_•". Imagine that if you will. Done? No? Too bad we're moving on anyways.

"WAIIIITT!!!! HELPPP!!!" yelled Spike. I am so getting him back later he thought as Orion hit him with the magic he had been charging.

"On second thought I'll have to ask him to make it permanent." Spike said as he stroked the now very prominent mustache on his upper lip.

"Yes! I did it! Is it right mom?" said the very excited Orion.

"It's perfect Orion! And on your first try too! You really are talented aren't you?" Twilight replied enthusiastically.

"Ok Spike I'm here to sav-. •_•. Why does Spike have a mustache?" Dusk asked.

"Dad I gave Spike that mustache!" Orion said.

"Really?! Twilight was that-"

"Yes it was his first time doing it too! Oh, I'm so proud!!" she replied.

"Orion that took me and your mom three tries to get that right! You are really good at magic son." Dusk said dumbfounded at how adept at magic he was.

"Thanks dad! Can I have a juice box mom?" asked Orion.

"I guess a spell like that would make anyone thirsty. I was extremely hungry after I did it to Spike." Twilight answered, "Come on let's go get you a juice box."

Once they were out the room Dusk went to ask Spike if he wanted a mirror, but as soon as he was over there Spike burped and flames as green as the scales on his back erupted from his mouth to reveal a letter. Dusk opened the letter and, being a quick reader, immediately dropped it and ran into the kitchen.
