Eliza's POV:
UGH! I hate Monday mornings! I rubbed my eyes as I got up from my bed. Looking at my clock next to my bed, I could tell I was going to be late. '8:00 am' I read. I quickly grabbed blue shorts and a white top to go with it and quickly changed into them and i wore my black vans as I was leaaving the house.
I took my bag and ran to my school as my bag jumped up and down on my shoulders. I ran down the long corridors to my class 'Make way, bitches!' I said a little quiet so the teachers in other classes couldn't hear. I opened my class door and nearly tripped flat on my face. Everyone looked at me like I had abused the teacher.
'Eliza Jones the principal would like to see you. Now. Thank you.' The intercom spoke. Oh fudgecakes! They will probably moan about how many times I've been late now. I groaned and left my bag next to my bestfriend, Paige.
'You better take care of it.' I whispered as I glared into her eyes. There is nothing important in my bag but for some reason I feel like she's going to do something with it. I slowly made my way to the principal's office, thinking of excuses I could use for me to get me out of trouble but my head was way too scared to think right now. Even though the principal isn't that scary, it's that when he has a serious face just makes me laugh that is when it all gets serious. I entered his office a little scared and a little nervous.
'Okay, sir. What do I have to do? Clean the canteen? Scrape the gum off under the tables?' I said as I entered seeing the headteacher and his assist with a smile wore upon their faces until I turned them into confused faces.
"Urmmm, Eliza this is Jason. He's new to this school so since you've caught up with everyone and haven't missed any of your homework so you have nothing to do anymore why don't you show Jason around?" He said as he put his hand on Jason's back. Jason gave me a polite smile and I returned it.
"Of course." I said as I headed out the door and waited for Jason to follow. He was wearing a black beanie, navi blue jeans and a black leather jacket with blue converses. It suited him. He came out with one strap of his bag on his right shoulder and the other hanging.
"Let me show you our drama hall first. You like acting right?" I asked.
"Yeah." He said.
"So where are you from?" I said as we made our way to the drama hall.
"Canada. What about you?" He asked.
"America." I said in a boring way.
"What lessons are you going to take?" He asked.
"I don't know I think I'll end up working in McDonalds." I shrugged.
He chuckled. "Oh come on you must be good at something."
"Nope absolutely nothing. What about you what are you going to take?" I asked.
"I don't know anything that's fun or anything I'm good at."
"Oh cool." I said as I got hold of the big handles on the drama door. "The drama room." I said entering the drama room.
"Wow it's pretty huge." He said as he walked towards the stage.
"Yup." I said as I made my way down to the stage but headed the opposite direction.
It had like at least 5000 black seats, it looked purple with it's lights turned off. At the end I could see the stage light brightening up the stage. Jason made his way down pretty fast while I wasn't even half way down.
"You got there fast." I said as my voice echoed around the room.
"I was curious what's back stage." He said as his voice echoed back.
