Jungkook: "Hyung I think today is the day. Y/n's doctor said she's doing much better and she be home with in the next 2 weeks, I'm going to ask her to marry me!"

Jin: "Jungkookie are you sure you're ready for this type of commitment? You're practically still a fetus for gods sake!"

I chuckled slightly at Jin's comment.

Ring..
Ring..

Tae was calling me, so I promptly answered, knowing him and Katie were visiting Y/n.

Jungkook: "Hey Tae wha-"

He cut me off

Tae: "Listen, you and the boys get down here now! No time to explain just hurry up!"

Tae hung up, and my stomach dropped to the floor.

Jungkook: "Jin, Tae said to get down to the hospital fast, with everyone, let's go!"

He nodded, grabbed his keys and called for the boys, what happened now?

Back at the hospital..
Taehyung's POV

The doctor ran back up to us, hurt in his eyes.

"I'm so sorry to have to tell you this. Y/n has a tumor in the left ventricle of her heart. The surgery that is needed to remove it is too dangerous due to the size it is now, if we would've known about it sooner, something could've been done, but it's too late now. My guess is that she'll probably pass withinh the next two hours, I'm sorry. It was never shown on her medical records, and she had no recollection of any chest pains or heart related pain. It's the reason her heart keeps stopping. It's a terrible thing"

He walked away.

I didn't cry, I couldn't.

I felt numb to my surroundings.

Nothing felt real anymore.

I saw the boys run over to Katie, but I didn't acknowledge their presence.

I knew Katie was relaying everything the doctor had just said, through her sobs.

But I couldn't focus on the words she was saying.

The doctor had come back, everyone was a crying mess by that point.

He led us to Y/n's room.

She laid on her bed, looking worse than ever.

I looked over at Jungkook, his tears streamed down his face. I looked at his hands.

A small box was enclose in his hand.

A ring box.

He wanted to propose to Y/n.

"I just thought you'd like to say you're final goodbyes"

He walked out of the room and closed the door behind him.

Katie walked up to Y/n, and grabbed her hand, tears still pouring out of her eyes.

Katie: "Y/n, I just want you to know, that you are my best friend, and no matter what, I love you, and you are my family. Goodbye"

She barely was able to say her last word.

Jin: "Y/n I love you like a parent would love their child, and losing you is going to be very hard on all of us"

He blinked and his tears dropped onto the floor.

Yoongi: "My biggest regret is that I wish we had become better friends, I'll miss you"

Namjoon: "I love you Y/n, and losing you is going to be very hard, you are the most kind, caring, and intelligent girl I know, and I'll miss you very much."

Hoseok was a mess by the time it got to his turn.

He walked up and hugged her tightly.

Hoseok: "Y/n I don't know where to start, you are one of my best friends and I love you, losing you feels like it's going to be impossible, I just don't know what I'll do when you're gone..."

He wiped his eyes with the back of his hand.

Jimin: "Y/n, the most beautiful girl I know, the funniest, you'll be dearly missed"

That was all he could manage to choke out.

It was my turn.

Tae: "Y/n, your loss is going to be very difficult on all of us. You are my best friend in the whole world and I have no idea what I'll do without you... I remember the first time me actually talked. And we sang a duet. I still remember how gorgeous your voice sounded. I'll miss you more than you know"

Jungkook stepped up beside Y/n, and cleared his throat.

Jungkook: "Y/n, my best friend, my beautiful girlfriend, my world. I love you so much, I still remember our first kiss like it was yesterday, it was all thanks to Taehyung, haha. In the time you did it I was embarrassed, but I'm so glad you did. I'm glad you said yes when I asked you out, I'm glad... I met you. I remember our first kiss, and I want to remember our last as well"

He planter a soft kiss on her lips and pulled away.

Tears started to slip from Y/n'a eyes.

"Don't feel sad, it's just my time, I love you all. I just have one request."

We all nodded.

"Will you all please sing Butterfly with me? I'd like to sing my favorite song with my favorite people"

We all began singing, and Y/n sounded amazing, even in her condition.

A long beep came from the heart monitor beside Y/n's bed, and we all knew.
