Hi, im Kobie, my friends and I are kind of stuck in the middle of zombie apocolypse. It all started at the bank, some government shutdown was going on, but we had no idea what it was. My friends are Skyler, Kelby, Caden and myself. We have survived about 3 months so far, and have had some struggles, including this MnMs guy, but thats another story.
Right now we are in Wal-Mart with a group of survivors. We have been living pretty good considering we had a generator. The generator runs off a special fuel and we don't know how to make it, we only have enough to run it for one week straight so we try to conserve it. There is a boatload of stuff here. We could live here for months, but there was a group here first, so we tried to reason with them so we can stay til stuff starts running low. I have my trusty sidearm, my ruger 45 caliber pistol, silenced of course. But here we have tons of guns, its amazing!
.
I am 24 years old born and raised in the area so I know were most of the important stuff is. We raided all the surrounding area and got enough boards and fence to build enough baracades over all the windows and doorways. The one way that we can get in is through the roof, we have boards lined up were you can climb up them but it doesn’t look like you can.
We have enough food to last us about 4 months and there is enough stuff here to keep us entertained. We do need some more medical supplies.
Hi im Skyler, I joined the group later on after they had set up in the wal-mart. I actually knew most of them there before all of this happened, me and there leader Kobie were actually best friends when we were younger. We didn’t recognize each other at first but after he tied me up and started asking questions, he heard me say my name and he flipped out and started screaming ‘’OH MY GOD I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU ARE STILL ALIVE ‘’ after he said it four times he untied me and brought me to see the rest of the group and introduced me to them. They then asked me if I had a weapon so I pulled out my Glock 19 .45 caliber suppresed handgun. I then showed them my knifes and my sword. They were so surprised that I was using only a pistol, knifes and a sword while there were still over three thousand zombies in the town, and thats not including the surrounding areas.
Kobie started to ask questions about where I had been and how I had survived .I told him I had been living on the roads in armored cars scavenging cars and gas stations on the sides of roads. He asked me what kind of car I had been using and told him it was a 1996 Chevy S 10 with a 5.4 liter hemi. He almost fainted thinking about how much of a threat the noise from it would be and told me never to bring it here. I then told him I had tuned the engine to be as quiet as it could, while still giving off as much power as possible, that got a hold of him and he told me to bring it here.
I told him I couldn't bring it here because it was out of gas and he flipped out. He then gathered all the gas in his stockpile he could carry and told me to show him where it was. On the way there we had only encountered about 5 zombies and no bandits which was a good sign that the area was safe. After we had fuled up we got in the car and as soon as I started it you could barely hear the thing run, which was a good sign to me because it usually gets a little bit louder every time you shut it off.
On the way back we drove along a couple of backroads to see what the zombie problem was like out of town, we were amazed to find out that it was worse out of town then it was in town!!! The zombies had been using the thinner woods near houses to move quicker then in the more dense forest. When we returned to the Wal-Mart and unloaded the food and water we found on the way there we had to figure out were to stash the Bronco. We finnaly decided on making one of the baracades into a door and using what was behind it as a garage, we planned on getting an RV trailer and putting it on the back incase we have to leave in a hurry.
