It came to us one month after Liam's arrival. We came to the conclusion that Charlotte was dying slowly in the shack. Liam, Helena and I were going for a walk when it happened...
"So the girl that is dying inside that shack is the girl I am destined to be with for eternity and evermore?" Liam asked. Helena and I chuckled at his understanding.
"That makes it sound like your signing up for a hanging but yes, you two were born to be together but shes still alive." I said, losing myself in my own problems.
"What about your destiny?" He asked. Helena looked at me warily but I nodded to say I was okay.
"I'm in the same boat as you, man. My lady is somewhere in the world and she is still alive. I don't even know what she looks like." I say, Helena smiled at my response.
"Oh, I'm sorry didn't know."
"Don't be sorry. No one can escape from the truth." I replied.
We walked in silence for a while until we came to a ring of trees. Helena skipped into the middle telling us how beautiful these trees. Liam and I walked in after her.
"You very immature for you age aren't you." Liam said. Helena didn't look offended but if that was me, I would probably slap Liam.
"Ugh, I didn't mean it in that way, I just meant you behaved very childish and-"
Helena laughed and cut him off, "Don't worry about it. Yes, I act a little childish but what is the point of growing up if you can not be a child sometimes." I think we all sighed as we stood for a minute.
"Shall we head back?" I proposed.
"We shall."
So we started walking back. Liam and I had only gone for a walk because all the couples were being very 'lovey dovey' and I could not stand knowing my Destiny is out there somewhere but not here with me. It hurt.
"Agh." Helena doubled over in pain. She grabbed her stomach and a nearby tree. Liam and I both ran to her aid. She screamed again but now she started smiling.
"Why are you smiling, something is obviously wrong?" I asked.
"Why, I haven't felt pain in one hundred years and this hurts a lot-" she cut herself off with her own screaming in pain. She slid down the tree and onto the ground. I decided to pick her up and take straight into the house. I wasn't sure if I could disappear with her but I was going to try. I closed my eyes and opened them to a familiar surrounding.
No one was in the living room so I set Helena down on the couch and yelled for Harry. He ran out with an alarmed look on his face and a book in his hand.
"Helena! What happened? What have you done?" He sat on the floor next to Helena's face and started brushing her hair out of her face and whispering soothing words into her ear.
"Got get Perrie and Zayn." He said to me. Even though it was just above a whisper I could hear the venom in his tone. Helena now looked unconscious so I ran to get Perrie and Zayn. I climbed the stairs the the second floor and then climbed the stairs to the attic and knocked on the hatch.
"Come in." I heard someone giggly say from the inside. I opened it to see Perrie and Zayn on their new bed just laying.
"Helena is in trouble we need you downstairs now please." I said without a break. I left the hatch open and ran back downstairs. I could hear Perrie and Zayn scrambling behind me. We all reached the bottom and Liam was back. Perrie's face changed into something else.
"Ok, Harry I need you to carry her into your bedroom as gently as possible." Helena moaned in her sleep as Harry gently picked her up and we all walked into their bedroom slowly.
"Ok, now I need everyone out." Perrie said.
"What? No!" Harry said. Perrie stood from the side of the bed and walked over to Harry.
"I understand you love her and I understand she is your Destiny but this one time I need you to stop and consider what she needs." This seemed to calm Harry down. The rest of us were already making our ways out of the room. I heard him mumble something I didn't hear to Perrie before leaving with us, a expression of worry plastered on his features.
