~Kat's POV~
"So do you want to go put your stuff in the room?" Hayes asked.
"Oh yeah sure."
We walked to the elevator in silence.
I don't know why, but it's a little awkward between us. It shouldn't be though. He's my friend!
We got in the elevator and Hayes pressed the floor number 13.
"Top floor?" I said.
"Yeah the whole floor" replied Hayes.
DING
2nd floor.
DING
3rd floor.
"So, what's there to know about THE Kat Fields?" Hayes asked in a fangirl-voice.
I laughed a little.
"Well, I don't know. What is there?" I said.
"Favorite color, favorite food, member of the family, maybe?" he said.
"Oh well uh, my favorite color is yellow and my favorite food are pancakes"
"Pancakes, really?" Hayes said, laughing a little.
"What? I like breakfast is that a problem?" I said jokingly.
"But you forgot one" he said.
"Forgot... what?"
"The last question"
Ugh I was hoping to avoid that one. What do I say? Your my favorite one, like a die-hard fangirl? I was just going to embarrass myself.
"I don't know, everyones pretty great" I finally say.
"Oh come on, even Trash Nash?"
"Hah sure even him" I say.
By then we reached the top floor.
We walked down a few halls until we reached our rooms, which were right next to eachother.
"They're connected, just to let you know" Hayes said.
"Oh alright cool"
I don't want him to walk in on my after my shower or something, though. That's wierd how they're connected.
"You can meet me in the lobby when your done unpacking" he said.
"Okay thanks, Has" I say.
"Hey! How do you know that?" He asked.
I smiled.
"I may or may not have watched your brother's sibling tag video"
He just smiled and walked down the hall.

~Hayes' POV~
I was walking back to the elevator when I got a text from Nash.
Nash: come back down to the lobby, everyones here.
Hayes: on my way
I took the elevator down to the first floor.
I feel like I'm making things awkward between me and Kat. At least we had a conversation in person for once.
The elevator doors slowly opened and in front of me was a sea of fans.
Their heads whipped towards the door and they rushed after me.
They're had to be about 30 girls asking for pictures and to follow them on every social network possible.
After about 15 minutes I finally made my way into a seprate room in the lobby.
I shut the door behind me and turned to see Mahogany's wild curly hair.
"Hey little buddy! Long time no see!" she said hugging me.
"Hey!" I say.
I went around saying hi to everyone.
"So I heard there's a new member to our family" Jacob said.
"Dude, she can sing!" says Taylor.
"And dude she's 13" says Shawn, mimiking Taylor.
Gilinsky and Aaron laughed.
"Where is she?" asked Cam.
"SHE's name is Kat. And she's unpacking"
"Woah, someones got a thing for Kat, am I right?" says Matt.
"Ohhhh" everyone said.
"No, no I don't" I say, which was a lie.
I did have a thing for her, but if I told them, they would be teasing us the whole tour.
"KAYES! I SHIP IT!" says Johnson.
His remark was followed by laughter from everyone.
My phone buzzed.
Kat: just finished. On my way down.
Hayes: okay just warning you there's a ton of fans
Kat didn't answer, she just read my text.
Did I do something wrong?
Just then the door flung open and Kat came quickly inside.

~Kat's POV~
I shut the door behimd me and turn to face 12 people staring at me.
HOLY CRAP.
I'm standing in a room with the whole 12/12.
Contain your fangirling, Kathrine.
"Hey look who it is!" says Carter.
"Hi, um I'm Kat" I say nervously.
Stop being nervous! Your going to practically living with them and touring the country with them.
"So, how do you like being famous?" asked Jacob.
"So far, it's pretty great!" I say.

We all talked for about half an hour and by then it was around 12:45 so we decided to go get lunch.
We walked to the cafeteria. Me and Mahogany had become practically sisters in the 30 minutes we talked to eachother. We walked down together while all the guys were in front of us.
"So, is Kayes real?" she asked.
I knew I was going to get this a lot.
"No, well.... no"
"You hesitated. Why did you hesitate?"
"Well, we've been talking for a few weeks and we've gotten to know eachother pretty well-"
"So you DO like him!" she said loudly interupting me.
"Sh! I don't want anyone hearing. And, maybe... yeah a little" I say.
"Eeekk!" she shrieked, grabbing my hands and jumping a little.
"This is perfect! You guys will be travelling the country together! That's so cute! I totally ship Kayes" she said.
"I've heard that a lot" I reply, smiling.
"Aw, your blushing! You must really like him then"
Well, maybe she's right.
I guess I do.
