"Don't forget to like and subscribe for more vlogs and I'll see you next week! Bye!" I covered the camera with my hand and stopped recording. Taking a deep breath, I start to move all my clothes off the floor and into my closet, color coding as I go along.
I just finished filming a Summer Clothes Haul for my youtube channel, JiminieVlogs.
Yes, I'm a youtuber and yes! It is a real job!
People in my family always ask what I do with my life and they never understand the ways of the internet, like ever. I could go on to explain how I do things and how I get paid but they never understand. What they don't understand the most, is that I'm really trying to become an actor. They would rather have me as a doctor or lawyer, but doesnt all parents?
I've loved acting since I was a child, and I really want to pursue a career in it. I practice on my channel doing all these skits and stuff but it's not really the same, I would feel better if it was the real deal. Being on the internet helps because you're already out there, people already know your name and fans want you to succeed. That's what I love the most about youtube, the fans, or as I call them, My Jams. My Jams are the best in the world! I wouldn't be anywhere without them and I'm eternally grateful to every single one. I just wish I could meet them all.
Once I finished color coding my closet, my best friend and roommate, Kim Taehyung walks into my room.
"Morning Jimin!" He smiled his signature box smile and I reciprocate it.
"Hey Tae, what's up?" I said looking around for my laptop.
"Nothing much. I just wanted to ask if you wanted to go to Starbucks and edit with me. It gives extra seconds for the vlog to show what you're ordering!" Hmmm....extra seconds. Just what I need for my vlog today!
"Yeah ok. If only I could find my laptop now, things would be great..." I said still looking around.
"Oh your laptop? It's out on the dining table. Remember you were watching that Jeon boy sing earlier?"
"Oh yeah!" I felt my cheeks burn just at the mere thought of that kid. "Thanks Tae! Let me go grab it and change into jeans and then we can go." I said and went to do exactly what I said I would.
When we left, we got into Taes car and drove off to Starbucks to edit our videos. I recorded some shots of the road and Tae driving for an aesthetic appeal in my video, later I'll add a filter and some background music to go along with it.

"Can I have a venti iced skinny hazelnut macchiato, with sugar free syrup, an extra shot, light ice, and no whip, please? Taehyung." Jimin stood behind Taehyung in the line, wondering how his friend could possibly remember that order. Tae just said it and Jimin couldn't even remember the first thing he said!
"Tae oh my god! What even is that? And is sugar free syrup a real thing?!" He said confused. The only thing going through his mind is that Taehyung, who usually has the memory of a goldfish, suddenly becomes an elephant when it comes to coffee.
"They'll figure it out. Hurry up Jimin you're next." He pulled Jimin to the front to order, and the older asked for a pink drink, which is fairly easier to make than what Taehyung asked for.
They sat at a table inside waiting for their names to be called for their drinks.
"I still can't believe what you ordered." Jimin said.
"I can't believe what you ordered! It as so simple!"
"It's my favorite!" Jimin laughed. "At least I dont confuse the baristas!" He added laughing more with Tae joining him.
"Whatever!"

While editing my video, I pulled out my headphones and opened a new tab on my laptop. I typed 'youtube' into Google's server and clicked on the link. On YouTube, I went into my recently watched and clicked on a video by the channel, Jeon Jungkook. I plugged in my headphones and an ad popped up. I hate ads bro. But honestly who doesn't?
The video starts playing and I can't help but stare at his face. 1. Because he's so mesmerizing and 2. Because he's the only one on the screen. His voice lulls me to sing along, and I hum to not disturb other people.
Tae looks up from his video at me.
"What are you humming?"
"Just this song that Jungkook covered. 'Paper Hearts'. I love it." Tae snorts.
"No hoe, you love him, don't lie." He chuckles, putting the emphasis on 'him'.
"Wha- I do not! I don't even know him!" I retaliate, apalled at his statement.
"You don't need to know him to love him. It's like how millions of fangirls all over the world love Justin Bieber."
"I don't love him Tae, I love his voice."
"Then why were you staring at his lips?" Crap. Caught.
"I wasnt! How would you even know where I'm looking when you're across from me?"
"Because I know you, also you were biting and licking your lips while watching him." He pointed out. Crap, what am I supposed to say to that?
"I was getting the excess pink drink off!"
"But you haven't taken a sip since you started watching him." He raised his eyebrow. Ugh! I cant stand how observant he is!
"Whatever Tae, think what you want, I don't love him!" Even though I've been caught, I still debated anyway. I mean I really don't love him, a crush would be a more appropriate saying. Besides, whether I love him or not, it's not like I'll meet him anytime soon, so whats the point?
