Tracer is a fast character,wait she's actually the fastest. She is from Britain and her prime enemy is widowmaker. A very skilled sniper and is apart of tallan(A team that wants to bring down overwatch) She was a apart of the league of overwatch a team that took down the Omni crisis. She was one of the youngest people in overwatch to be a jet fighter pilot person. She was testing out a teleporting fighter jet, but yet of course it all went wrong it went wack and it disappeared with tracer.then a year later she came back and Winston clarified that see was time traveling and she could be in Australia the in China. But Winston made a du Hicky which hooked her in her time, well she can still travel in time by doing quick dashes or going 3 seconds back in time. And here's the cool thing she returns the same state she was in 3 seconds
