Chapter 24

Lisa's POV

Jimin.

Park Jimin.

He was the one who my heart inclined towards. The first time I saw him was at the bar. I couldn't get my eyes off him. His blonde hair set right back. Especially with his black leather jacket. He just took my breath away. I began to watch every video of BTS, not only music videos but even reality shows. He was hilarious and always cheering other up. My ideal kind.

Some videos would pop up next to my recommended list with the title "Jikook". Even several comments would load up mentioning about Jikook. What was Jikook? After my research, I concluded that Jimin and Jungkook were shipped as a couple by several fans.

This could not be true but I needed to confirm it for myself. I bribed Jungkook's number from Jennie for a back massage. She bought it and immediately asked Namjoon for his number. Nmajoon instantly replied. Things people do for love.

I swallowed my pride and sent the message.

Rosè?

Is he serious? If he receives any random text do he assume its Rosè.

* •    What? Is she the first person that crosses you mind? So, you're not gay?

* •    I'm Lisa. Jennie and Rosè's friend.

* •    Ahh! Does Rosè want to apologize for blocking me?

* •    What? Did she block you? LOL

* •    Yes. I am very ashamed about it. Back to you, why do you think I'm gay?

* •    Why does everyone ship you and Jimin? Did the public see you kiss or something?

* •    Haha. Nothing like that. ARMYs just enjoy us being together.

* •    Ahh. So Jimin is not gay or anything?

I let out a breath of relief.

* •    What is Rosè doing?

* •    What is Jimin doing?

We sent the message at the same time. I was so embarrassed. He replied first.

* •    Hmm. I now see you purpose.

* •    Same here. How about we make a deal?

* •    What?

* •    You tell me details about Jimin and I do the same for Rosè.

* •    Why would I want to know about her? It's not that I like her or anything.

* •    I didn't say that you liked her. I just thought you would be concerned about your employee.

* •    Okay. Deal. Only because I care for her like an employee.

Jungkook and I shared a lot of information about Jimin and Rosè. I knew that he had feeling for her. I would ask him from time to time, but he would just deny saying that she was just an employee.

On the day BTS returned, Jungkook came towards me and asked about Rosè's whereabouts. I told him that she was in the washroom. He then asked me if I wanted to speak to Jimin. I freaked out. I agreed to it. There was nothing to lose. He walked me towards the group of boys. I formally introduced myself and then Jungkook betrayed me leaving me with Jimin and the rest of BTS.

"I think I've seen you somewhere" Jimin thought hard.

"Yeah. We met at the bar once. I was with Jennie. I am Rosè's friend." I smiled.

"Ahh yes yes. We didn't get to greet each other properly. I'm Park Jimin. Nice to meet you" he brought his hands forward.

I froze. I'm finally touching him. His hands were adorably small and warm to touch.

"What are your interests?" he asked.

"I enjoy rapping and b-boying" I said shyly.

"Did I hear b-boying?" Hoeseok oppa popped from the back.

"Yeah. She enjoys b-boying" Jimin answered for me.

"I love b-boying too. Show me some moves" he insisted.

"He is the best dancer" Jimin praised Hoeseok oppa.

"I know. I love your dance. So, smooth yet hard to copy. I look like a dying chicken trying dance like you" I said humbly.

"Ah!! Thanks Lisa-shi" he politely replied "Why don't you show us something? I'd love to see you dance"

I thought for a minute. Jimin looked forward in watching me perform. Perhaps, I could try a few moves.

Soon, Jennie interrupted and explained to me that Rosè's ex was here. His name is Lee Chang-min. Apparently, he was also an artist under this label. This means that Rosè has a high chance of bumping into him. This is not good. I left without goodbye to tell Rosè about it.

I saw them hold hands as soon as Jennie and I barged in the room. Rosè seemed tired but nervous as soon as she saw me.

"Lisa. It's nothing like it looks" she explained.

"Jungkook. You better do some explaining" I said sternly to him. He has been denying his feeling for her but now he was holding his hands tightly.

He just smiled at me while Rosè continued to explain "It's not how it looks"

"Oh! Really. Cause to me it looks like you are so thankful towards Jungkook that you are just holding his hands to show your appreciation. Am I wrong?" I smiled.

I laughed so hard that I almost cried. So, did Jennie and Jungkook. Rosè was the only who was missing out.

"Jungkook. You should go back. The boys are waiting for you at the studio" Jennie told Jungkook.

"Thank you so much for everything." I thanked him "I'll see you around"

"See you at work" he waved at Rosè "Take care of yourself."

I explained everything to Rosè and Jennie. Everything between Jungkook and I. I also clarified that I didn't have any feelings for Jungkook and that we were just friends.

"So, the lucky boy is Park Jimin?" Jennie teased me.

"Geez. I thought it was Jungkook all this while" I laughed.

"Nope. I had my eyes set on Jimin since Day-1" I said proudly.

"Also..." I began and she knew what I was about to say.

"Yes. I met him last night" she answered my thoughts.

"Did you know that he is an artist under the label?" Jennie asked.

"No. I didn't. I didn't know. If I had known, I wouldn't have signed up for this company" Rosè sighed loudly.

"You need to quit" Jennie said "You can't be under the same roof as him. It's not safe for you"

"No" Rosè said bitterly "I can't let him take control over me"

"She's right" I agreed with Rosè "You need to be strong. Plus, Rosè works only with BTS so wouldn't have to even go next to him"

"Are you sure you can handle him?" Jennie asked nervously "You don't have to. It's not too late to quit"

"No I won't. I'll face him tomorrow" Rosè said with determination in her eyes.

"You can't.." I began but she cut me off immediately.

"It's bound to happen"
