Do you know the feeling when you can't leave home as you are worried to others speaking behind your back and looking at you with dirty looks... Do you know the feeling when your drowned in depression... Well this is how anxiety feels you start to walk to the bus stop and your chest feels tight you look at the driver waiting for the words to come out you say nothing and show him your pass, you sit at the front as you want to sit alone or fake your feelings and talk to people you know.when the bell rings and you start to walk everything
seems slower the day begins.... You sit down and people say "good morning" or "are you okay" then you reply " good morning" or "yes I'm okay" the same lies, you look around the room and see faces staring into your eyes looking at you in disgrace yet again then the next bell Rings as your heart races.
You look at your class mates and look back at the teacher, thoughts driving through your mind your pen drops to the paper and the teacher speaks, she/he asks a question even though you know the answer you hand is glued to your chest then the teacher points at you, you just act like your unsure of the answer then the teacher says "can anyone help" and your chest releases the tight feeling that was their before.. You look back at the clock to see the five minutes before the bell, you put your book and pen away grab your bag and wait then the bell rings and you wait for others to leave before yourself. The next lesson you do the exact same somebody talks to you and you use a short sentence like yes,no or okay, you then feel settled you feel fine all through the day then you get home and it's like the day starts against Then straight up the stairs to your bedroom ignoring the things around you as you just want to avoid people.
Do you know the feeling when your scared to make a call to anyone you don't know, when you count your money many times as your mind is speaking when your trying to count.when your having a mini panic attack when in a crowd of people...
