Sonic OC backstory

Who is this O.C

Well there are two versions of him but right now I'll include the one that sounds like an well you can say a character in the Archie comics.
So this O.C is what you'd expect, his design is based of sonic's but he has the rings shadow, has brown fur, a jacket similar to scourge's from the Archie comics, his shoes are like silver's but the colors are inverted.
