Kei arrived at the morgue, but Cath wasn't there.

Suddenly, he saw a silhouette of two women behind a certain curtain. One of the women is patting the other's shoulder, comforting her. The curtain slowly opened, revealing one of the silhouette's identity. Maya-sensei closes the curtain, leaving the other woman behind the curtain and walk towards Kei.

"I'll be back later to preserve the rest of his organs." She said to Kei. Then she pats his shoulders and sighed.

"What happened?" Kei asked.

"He was riding a bus to here, but the brakes broke, and it hit by a post. Rescue team tried anything to save his life, but he was losing too much blood." Maya-sensei explained.

She hand him his phone and pats his shoulder. "She needs a friend right now."

Kei smiled weakly and nod. He walk towards the curtain, and opened it, seeing his pregnant friend standing emotionless in front of a dead body covered in a white blanket.

Cath was just there, holding the hand of her lifeless husband. It was all sudden. This morning, they're having a wonderful breakfast and talking about their future together, and then suddenly, he's gone, lying lifelessly in front of her. Clearly, his sudden passing is much more heartbreaking than her break-up with Daiki.

All of a sudden, the memories that he shared with him flashes back in the back of his mind. His voice is echoing behind her ears. The words of his 'I love you'-s were crwaling into her heart, that it hurts deeply to her, but she ignored it, and pretends that she cannot feel. The doom in her eyes cannot hide it from her close friend standing beside him. Without any words, Kei hugged him and cried for her.

"I cannot understand how you feel." He whispers. "But I know that you need to let it out."

He strokes his friend's hair and kiss her forehead. Cath, on the other hand, reached her limit (of holding her feelings), and bawled her feelings put onto Kei's shirt. She don't care if she damped his shirt with her tears, she wants to be selfish at this moment that she clinch him closer to hers until there's possibly no space left between them. Kei just closed his eyes and comfort her as much as possible. Because to be honest, this the most heartbreaking break-up that she ever had.

"He just told me that he will be home late." Cath calmed herself a bit when they both sat down on the chairs outside the morgue, and begin to narrate to Kei her last conversation she had with Kazu. "I've never thought that he will never come home ever."

Kei rubbed her back and respond. "He didn't intent to leave you. You know that."

"How's Daiki?" Her worry has quickly diverted to him. "He will be devastated to know that ..."

Kei cut her off and tell her Daiki's current situation. "Don't tell Dai-chan about Ninomiya-san yet. He's having an operation tonight."

"Huh? What for?" She asked confusingly.

Kei sighed deeply, and look at Cath with a stern face.

"Daiki is having his heart transplant tonight, and his brother is the donor we've been waiting for." He explains to Cath as clearly as he could.

"What do you mean?" She asked in confusion. "I know that Kazu just accidentally died, but isn't this a bit too fast?"

"Apparently, if you had a Donor card." Maya-sensei came out of nowhere, showing her Kazu's medical papers.

"Donor card?" She repeated that in question format.
