The Whitewall Mystery is an unsolved murder that took place in London in 1888. The crime involved the dismemberment of a young woman whose body parts were subsequently distributed among several location around the city, including the future site of Scotland Yard, the police's headquarters.

Police never made an arrest and even though it is believed that the incident belonged to the so-called Thames Torso Murders of 1887-89, the case remains a source of great speculation to this day.
