Life Is Terrible But Amazing

The Fight

I walked into the school one day and suddently bumped into the most popular girl in school, Laila. She was holding a cigarette and blew smoke in my face.

Me: *cough cough* hey!

Laila: excuse me?! Why are you here you little brat?! Scram!!!

Me: No! This is my daily spot!

Suddently Laila dropped her cigarette in the dirt, and socked me in the face! I fell to the ground, I got up and smacked her, though, her boyfriend Greg came up and dodged it. He threw me towards the wooden gate that burst open, I flew to the ground then, the Greg charged for me! Suddently, a boy came up in front of me and kicked Greg! I was panicking while blood spilled down my head. The guy picked me up and took me to his house. I could hear Greg and Laila shouting at us from behind, though, I passed out...

Once I woke up it was already morning, I saw the same guy sitting next to me.

Guy: my name is Leo, you?

Me: my name is Catherine...

Leo: nice to meet you Catherine, do you remember anything that happened yesterday?

Catherine: y-yeah I think so....

Leo: does your head hurt?

Catherine: a bit...

He pulled my head to his chest and he hugged me,

Leo: there are allot of rumors about you... They say you sleep with men for money....

I cried while my head buried in his chest,

Catherine: it's true......

Leo: I will protect you no matter what...

I felt safe with Leo..... He let go of me and offered me medicine,

Leo: you don't have to drink it, though, it's best if you should, you should get some rest though, you are badly wounded...

Catherine: o-ok....

He left the room and said to get some rest, I drank some of the medicine he gave me, and I fell asleep...

After my nap it's was 2:03 pm, I woke up and scratched my eye, I heard a small knock on the door and I said,

Catherine: come in.....

It was Leo, he smiled brightly and said,

Leo: good morning! I made breakfast, want some?

I wasn't really hungry so I just said,

Catherine: no, no thank you....

Leo: does your stomach still hurt?

Catherine: yes allot actually.....

Leo: oh... Drink some of the medicine, ok? I'm going to go take my dog for a walk, alright?

Catherine: yeah! Yeah, go ahead! I'll just wait in bed for you to come back...

Leo: ok....bye

Catherine: bye....

I drank some of the medicine and felt a bit better, I then fell asleep... When I had the most terrifying dream ever I woke up startled and gasped. I screamed, Leo ran into the room

Leo: are you alright?!

He jumped in bed and held my hand, I hugged him tight. He giggled,

Leo: did you have a nightmare? Hehe~

Catherine: a Terrible one!!!!!

Leo: don't worry, you're safe with me....

I wanted to sleep with him so I can feel safe when I sleep, and o I stupidly asked,

Catherine: can you sleep with me?.......

Leo blushed a bit and said,

Leo: u-um, o-ok?

I then hugged him and whispered "I'm scared..."  He then whispered back "don't worry you're safe with me, ok?" I felt so safe with him, though I was really weak and tired, so, I pulled him into the bed and I fell asleep.
