You Don't Understand(Ashton Irwin)

Ch.12

Ashlynn's POV

I woke up snuggled into Ashton's chest. He was lightly snoring. Gosh, he looks so adorable! I checked my phone, a couple missed calls from "Dad" and "Mum".. I shouldn't even call them that anymore..

It was only 7 in the morning. I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't, then finally decided to sneak out of his grasp. He stirred I'm his sleep then fluttered his eyes open.

"Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to wake you," I said laying back down.

"It's fine, you can get up, I'm going back to sleep, though, I'm tired," he mumbled letting me go. He buried his face in the pillow. That morning voice though.. Damn..

I got up to see if anyone else is up. There is no one in the living room or kitchen area. Well looks like I'm cooking breakfast. I plundered through the cabinets and fridge to get out ingredients and food, then set up the table already pouring orange juice in the cups. Looks like I'm going to make a huge buffet, which I don't mind doing all.

I wanted to make this breakfast perfect. It was a thank you and a celebration breakfast. I am so glad I am here, and for what they all did. Especially Ashton. I wouldn't be here right now if it was t for him. I know they deserve something better, but I am so gonna owe it to them.

Ashton's POV

I woke up to smelling breakfast. It smells fucking delicious. I got up to see Ashlynn putting muffins in a bowl and set it on the table.. Next to a huge Ass plate of BACON! And there's pancakes.. and eggs.. And orange juice, and holy mother of shit I just died in food heaven.

"Earth to Ashton!" She said snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Oh, uh sorry," I chuckled.

"You're drooling," she laughed pointing it out on my face, which I reluctantly wiped off.

"Go eat, you starving dog," she pointed to the table, obviously joking.

" I am not a dog!" I fake gasped crossing my arms.

"Sorry, go eat you endangered species," she laughed. I laughed with her.

"Ok, you hairy gorilla, I will gladly eat," I smirked.

"A hairy gorilla? Wow. I guess you don't want this plate of food, or muffins-" she paused before fake gasping. "Or bacon.." She sighed grabbing my plate.

"No, no! I'm sorry! You're not a hairy gorilla! You are a not hairy gorilla! Please don't take my food!" I begged fake crying.

"Wow.. Lovely apology, good enough. Now eat you starving animal!" She laughed putting my plate down. Then she sat down beside me digging in her own food. Soon, I heard foot steps to see Mrs. Hemmings walking in.

"Good morning mum, I made breakfast for you," Ashlynn said smiling up at her.

It reminded me of a child trying to show their mother the impressive thing they did. It was adorable, actually, but then again, she never really had a childhood.

"It looks fantastic, thank you, sweety!" She smiled sitting down.

"Morning, Mrs. Hemmings," I say shoving bacon in my mouth.

"Ashton. I told you a million times not to call me 'Mrs. Hemmings', it's Liz to you!," she chuckled cutting her pancakes.

"Sorry, Liz," I blushed looking down. Ashlynn laughed at my embarrassment.

"So, when does Luke usually get up?" Ashlynn blurted.

"Noon, usually. Usually Ashton isn't this early," Liz said in a suspicious, but joking tone

"She woke me up by getting up.. And I tried going back to sleep, then I smelled food," I shrugged.

"Well, I'm going to wrap Luke's breakfast, he won't be up until later, and I'm sure he'd be disappointed if he missed pancakes and bacon," Liz laughed.

"So what do you want to do today? Do you know tomorrow's Christmas Eve?" I turned to Ashlynn and raised my eyebrow at her.

"Actually, I want to go shopping for everyone," she cheekily smiled.

"Good. I was hoping to go to the mall and buy everyone a little something," I replied.

"But one minor problem.. I don't have any clothes to go out in, and yeah, not going to get any from.. Them.." She groaned.

"Actually, Sadie left some clothes here, I'm sure she or Luke wouldn't mind," Mrs- I mean Liz said handing them to her. I don't think I'll ever be used to call her that, even though she's like my second mum..

"Sounds great, I'm going to get ready," she smiled going to the bathroom with the clothes.

UPDATEDDD! It's more of a filler chapter, but nevt chapter will be better! I'm sorry, again for late update, but I still kept my promise!! I haven't updated later than a week!
