"CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUD PREVENTION," Margo spoke into the phone. Nikita, who was behind her, starting to tear open the boxes. "No, don't open them," she scolded him. "We have to send them back."

Nikita made an oh sound, setting the box back down on the ground as Margo returned to her phone call. "Ah, yes, representative. Rep-re-sent-a-tive."

"Ask for a supervisor," Nikita said distractedly as he moved to pick up another box. "The first one that picks up is always just practicing English."

Ignoring his advice, Margo jumped excitedly. "Oh! Hello! Well, someone has stolen my credit card number, and is using it to buy bizarre purchases. And they've been mailing them to my house!" There was a slight pause before Margo walked over to her husband who was ripping open the boxes. "Oh yes! I'm quite sure I did not purchase Loving Lamb, the sexy inflatable sheep."

Nikita paused from inflating the sheep, "just ask for a supervisor then yell at them."

Waving her arms in the air, Margo gave him a half smile. "No, don't transfer me, because I always get disconnec-" Her face fell, her eyes widening slightly as her arm dropped and the call ended.

"Customer Service," Margo said, her voice level as Nikita continued to open the boxes beside her. "No, no, fraud prevention." Nikita eyed her, opening his mouth then closing it again. "Human," she continued.

"Ask for a supervisor."

"H-u-m-a-n." There was a slight pause before her eyes widened, "don't transfer me!"

"Don't put me on hold!"

"Oh no please!" And the call ended.

Her face completely serious, Margo turned to her husband, "I need a milkshake."

Nikita instantly dropped what he was doing and headed for the door, the sheep tucked under his arm. "I'll meet you in the truck."

"They said the wait time would be five minutes, it's been fifteen!" Margo exclaimed as she held her phone out in her hand, glancing back to look at their baby who was sleeping in the back seat.

"Ask for a supervisor!"

Margo turned to face Nikita, eyeing him angrily. She shook her head, "just drive."

"Hello, fraud prevention," a voice said just as they pulled up into the drive-thru of Triple O's. Margo perked up happily, "hello!"
