"Violet, what's wrong dear?" Her mother was concerned about her well- being. For three days, Violet had not eaten, her skin was paler than usual and her eyes - usually bright and full of life - were dull, and bags had formed under them. Her mother waited for an explanation, but she never got one- Just a small head shake. Her mother decided, Violet would tell her when she was ready- denial-.

"Violet, it's been a week and you haven't spoke a word. What on earth is bothering you?" After a week her mother became frustrated with her daughter's behavior. She expected no reply, but when Violet opened her mouth, she kept her fingers crossed. "I'm having dreams, mother. No- they're dreadful-dreadful nightmares. I don't understand them, but there's always a man. A tall man who always..." Violet's eyes widened and her mother was now frightened. "Mum don't move! He's here! Mum stay still!" Her mother looked behind her,
