Prologue
“Amber this is Austin, he and his family just moved into town, say hello.” My mother pushed me forward as I continued to gaze at him; he had the most intriguing set of pure blue eyes. I clutched my sesame street Zoë doll closer to me as spoke, “Hi my name is Amber, do you want to play with me?” Even though I hardly knew this kid he seemed really cool to me, especially with his justice league shirt on. I was suddenly crushed with a hug. “Sure ok!” Smiling at each other we raced into the backyard while our parents talked about grown up stuff. That day is when it all started with Austin Summers, my Austin.
