What is your username?
A. Chaoslilllith
When did you join Wattpad? And for how long have you been writing (in general)?
A. Back in April. I've written off and on, for a few years now. What got me motivated to really get into it was writing my three Arrow/Supernatural fanfics. I wrote all three which are all over 50000 words between Dec 20th ,2013 - Jan 10th 2014, lots of binge writing occurred. During that time I started working on the Honor Bound Series and a character from my fan fic Why Me? jump started me on Testament of an Archangel, breaking a several year long writer's block on a story I have always wanted to do.
What can you tell us about the current story you’re working on? Tell us a little about the plot and the characters in it?
A. I'm working on three actually but I'll sum up lol.
Honor Bound - to me the story is about the emotional journey, the decisions and the consequences that the characters all have to face in order to help save kids and teens with special abilities from being sold on the Black Market to be used as weapons and tools for bad guys. John and Clara are twins, fashion models, and they can telepathically communicate to each other and each other only. They can also teleport things from one another. Cesco does Parkour, is my main fighter, and moves 2x as fast as normal people and has heightened senses, Jessie is an empath. (Note on empaths. I REALLY use her a lot more than empaths usually get used. In book 2 (Honor Bound Sacrifices) there will be a battle between empaths and it will knock your socks off. I think empaths are entirely underrated when it comes to special powers.)
Min- JI - controls fire and has a pretty dark past. Sarah - healer (but not "instant healing" and she has large restrictions on what she can do) and can change the structure of things and reshape them.
Testament of an Archangel - Retelling of the story of Adam, Eve, Lillith and the fall of man. In my world there is no "God". I went back into Hebrew and Enochian systems and used the 8 archangels and added "God" as the ninth. He is equal to his brothers but he is the only one that can bring creations to life. They are all responsible for creating life, keeping and creating balance in the universe. Elohim (the Hebrew name for God) has gone a bit power hungry and thinks that he deserves a creation that respects and worships him. Some of his brothers don't agree. Things go downhill from there.
Why do you think the readers should read your story (mention the factors which will be appealing to the readers)?
A. Complexity of characters. In Honor Bound I strive for realism, no easy answers, no get out of jail free cards. Their powers are not the solutions to their problems. I want to make people see situations and characters in new ways.
Which is your favorite character, in the current story you are working on?
A. I love Remiel in Testament - he is the long suffering brother/angel that is striving to keep his family together and do what his job originally was. In Honor Bound- I love all of them, currently having a blast with the twins because I am expanding their interactions but I really don't have a favorite.
How many stories have you posted on Wattpad (excluding short stories)?
A. 6
Can you tell us about your other stories, any two other stories that you are working on?
A. I am working with a friend on writing his story he has had in his mind for years. It's another heaven, hell, demon v angel story but will be more along the lines of an epic fantasy. It will be extremely challenging for me to do.
Do you offer critiques to other users? If you have offered a critique, mention that story?
A. If someone wants my opinion sure. :)
Do you write for yourself or for the readers?
A. Myself in that I want to tell these stories, for the readers because I want to give them an experience they can't get anywhere else.
Describe yourself in ten words.
A. Snarky, independent, odd, reliable, an introverted extrovert or extroverted introvert.
