Chapter One-The Day I Learned It

My name's Autumn. Lately some interesting and unexplainable stuff have been happening to me. These are those stuff that happen and have happened to me... Sort of like a diary kind of thing. The Diary Of Autumn Angel Young.

Don't ask me what kind of parents would name their child Autumn Angel, trust me, I don't know it either. But the name thing isn't just about me. My older sister is named Eclipse Light Young. I admit her's is worse. And because my mom is pregnant right now, I want to make sure that that child will not be named weirdly like both of us. My father has already suggested stuff like "Summer Sea" and "Athena Wise" why can't we just name the baby Emma or Jessica or something that's cool and that everyone knows? Nooo.... Unacceptable! We have to name her some really weird thing.

Anyways, let's get to the part of why I am writing this. So this morning something amazing happened. But it is a long and extraordinary story. I want to tell it. I want my story to be known So I open a notebook and take my favourite black pen and right now I am writing these words:

Since I was 6 I have known that I was adopted. That is the age that you are supposed to tell your child. But to be honest with you, I was not like one of those sad adopted kids and I have always loved my mom, dad and sister like my very own sister and I knew that they felt the same way towards me. But lately my life has changed.

I know it sounds cliche and stuff but, I have realised when I was somewhere I could justes hear someone's voice in my head just like I was reading their mind. I have to admit it it sounds so cliche but I promise you, this is what happened: So I was going to the library, my favourite place in school, and I saw my friend Lola with an apple in her hand and. The same moment I heard her voice in my head saying
-"Why can't I find my salad"
And I thought she was talking to me so I said:
-"I don't know, how am I supposed to know?"
She raised her eyebrows, just like she usually does when she is surprised and says:
-"What?"
I was thinking she was pranking me so I just laughed nervously...
-"Autumn, why are you laughing?"
-"C'mon Lola,  I figured you are joking"
-"I have no idea what you're talking about Autumn..." she looked pretty serious so I just acted like it was all a joke because I don't wanna sit there argue with Lola about a stupid prank.

Another day I was playing hide and seek with Eclipse (my older sister), and I decided to hide behind a tree in the garden. A few minutes later I heard Ecplise's foot steps and decided to climb the tree. I was trying to be super fast and I thought of myself up in there and, there I was at the top of the tree! Just like I teleported... I was starting to get a little scared. And the last bit for me to do something was yesterday:

I was in the grocery store with Eclipse and she was on the fruit isle trying to pick up some strawberries because my mom was craving cranberries. I was going to get some Captain Crunch because when you have a family of four, and when they all love captain crunch, the poor captain crunch box can probably survive three days at maximum. So anyway, I went to the cereal isle and saw that our favourite captain crunch, the cinnamon roll one was all the way on the top. And I don't know if I mentioned this but I am not the tallest person you will meet... So, I was trying to jump and reach the box. Suddenly I felt my foot leaving the ground and then I slowly felt like I was floating, it felt just like swimming. It took me ten seconds or so to actually realise I was flying! I was flying! I would never, ever think I would use these words together in one sentence: I. Was. Flying. It felt like I was dreaming and then Eclipse entered the isle and saw me. She had screamed and then came next to me. I fell onto the floor and hit my head hard.
