Part 23 - The Unsolved Case

"P'Sing, can you take the day off for today? Let's have a date!" Krist begged him.

"Yeah, I can. Where do you want to go today?" "

Mm...let's visit the greenhouse!"

"Why do you want to go there all of sudden?"

Krist was silent for a while. "There's the only place we can freely talk without being watched, don't we?"

"You're right, since it has been abandoned for more than twenty years, that place must be turned into a scary place. I hope someone will be taken care of it."

"Don't worry, we will take care it together." replied Krist and smiled then take his hand.

Singto was surprised immediately when saw Krist's hand can touch him, he froze for a second. Krist stopped right away and turned at him.

"What happened, P'Sing? Don't we go to the greenhouse now?"

"Krist!"

"Yes?"

"You can touch me?"

"Why can't I touch you? Are you dreaming?" Krist seems confused.

"But, how?"

"What do you mean how? Are you alright, P'Sing?" Krist then touches his forehead to check on him.

Singto look at the guy in front of him in disbelief but also so happy, so he quickly hug him tight right away and cry in happiness.

Then suddenly around him slowly become white and the person inside his embrace is gone as he wakes up from his dream.

"Krist!!!!" Singto shouts in panic.

His whole body was sweating as he looked around, he can't find Krist anywhere just like in his dream, Krist was gone. Suddenly someone opens the door and comes in, as he saw Kris,t he quickly gets up and runs to hug that guy, but he missed and fell to the floor.

"P'Sing!? Are you alright?" Krist, check on him.

"I-I'm fine, I have a nightmare," replied Singto and slowly get up.

"What nightmare?"

"We have a date...at greenhouse..and I able to touch you..."Krist looks confused.

"So going on a date and being able to touch me is a nightmare for you?"

"No! That's not it." Singto cut him quick.

"I saw you disappeared..."

Krist rolled his eyes. "Just a dream, okay! Look, I'm still here." Krist tried to calm the guy and smiled.

"You said the accident is happening on January 16th, right?" Singto asked. Krist, nod heavily. "So, it's mean next week, what's will happen after that?"

Krist silent for a moment, he gulps his saliva and looks at Singto. "Don't go to that gallery..."

"What about other people there? I can't let them die, maybe I could prevent the accident. You said it gas leak, right? I going to check on the gas that day, so it won't happen."

Krist wants to know what exactly happened at that time, although he already had his own speculation in his head, he still doubts it.

"Then, I'll go with you," Krist said.
