"You sister had died. We took her into surgery and we tried but it was too late..." The doctor looked at her with sorrow
"And you brother is in a coma. He got a severe head injury, broken his ribs and broke his right leg and arm. It's a miracle that he's still alive." The doctor finished off.
"W-why did this happen to me!" Y/N cried as Kiki pulled her into a hug.
A few moments later, Y/N pulled away sniffing and rubbing her red puffy eyes.
"Sorry unnie for making your t-shirt wet." Y/N apologised before grabbing a tissue and blowing her nose.
"Nononono! It's fine Y/N! Anything for you~" Kiki waved her hands in front of her face, blushing a little bit.
"Um, can I be alone right now please?" Y/N requested. The rest of Diamond and the doctor nodded before heading out of the room.
Y/N pulled her knees to her chest and cradled back and forth, crying silently.
'I'm so sorry!' She thought.
- A month later -
Y/N went down on her knees and smiled.
"Hey unnie." Y/N started as she put down the bouquet of flowers on the grave.
"I'm really sorry. You had to pass away because of me." Tears started to for in her eyes.
"I'm really grateful for you, being with me. I wished that you were still beside." Tears rolled down her cheek.
"I've moved on now... I still miss you and I still think about you as well. We got a new member in Diamond. She arrived right after the incident and reminded me so much of you." Y/N smiled softly.
"Come on Y/N. We gotta go now." Yuri called from the car.
"I love you." Y/N said before headed to the car and going away back to her dorm.
- time skip -
"Yah! Make me fooodddddd~" Someone cried, tugging on Yuri's shirt.
"Okay okay! Can you call them down for me Nina?" Yuri asked. Nina nodded and called the rest of Diamond for dinner.
