It was a normal day at Shannon elementary school,Tessa Freeman was just starting kindergarten. She and her friend Hannah that she met from pre-school were so nervous that they walked into class holding hands. Some people thought they were sisters ,and some thought they were dating. Which is not true they were laughing at them and soon she went on with her day without a care in the world. Sooner or later the kids got over the whole thing and just had fun. Then it was the end of the year and all the parties were happening and Tessa couldn't believe the amount of pizza there was and none left over. But because Tessa was so smart she got put to 2nd grade instead of first and Hannah did the same. However,it wasn't until the 4th grade when Hannah's dad had gotten a new job in California and Tessa didn't know how far away it was but all she knew was that from South Carolina to California was a LONG LONG LONG way away. then when they flew there to look at some houses Hannah's parents died from the plane crash and Hannah ended up staying with Tessa. So they signed some papers and Hannah was now Tessa's sister. They spent every moment they had together,slept in the same room (even though there were at least 5 other rooms she could be in.
