Stella watches Eclipse spark her blue magic from her hands, a glowing orb manifesting from thin air. Eclipse places the light in the lanterns about the room, it glowing and highlighting her tan skin. Stella's eyes take in her beauty, her cheeks burning a shade of blue.

Stella is not from Earth. In fact, she's the heir of the goddess of the stars and moon. Stella possesses the stars in every inch of her body, inside and out. She can easily mold herself to look just like any other human, but she was comfortable around Eclipse, who has seen her true form many times.

Upon visiting a group of outlaws on sea, Stella met Eclipse. Eclipse is the sorceress of the outlaws. Magic reigns in her blood. She has mastered the crafts, still learning so much more that is outside of the spell books Eclipse was bound to learn from.

Stella's eyes take in Eclipse's form, tracing every curve her white dress shows. Stella bites her lip as nebulas burn larger on her cheeks.

"Did you put a spell on me?" Stella asks, her voice soft. Eclipse glances back at the star girl, then continues to give the room more light. In the dim illumination, Stella can make out a bed and books around it.

"No, why?" Eclipse asks.
"I-I think I love you," Stella stammers. To that, Eclipse smiles as she lights the last lantern. She gives her hand a gentle shake, ridding away the magic from her palm.

"I love you, too, Stella," Eclipse replies, turning her smile to the star girl. Stella examines the room, taking in the details of the worn wood of the ship cabin. She starts to walk towards Eclipse's bed, her bare feet making trails of galaxies and stardust behind her. The beautiful sight was enough to bring butterflies to Eclipse's stomach. The two sat on the makeshift mattress.

"What do your people do when they love each other?" Eclipse asks. She gazes into Stella's blue eyes, witnessing solar systems stir in them.

"We usually name stars after each other," she says. "I remember my mother had named a star after my father before he fell."
"That sounds amazing," the tan girl smiles. Stella smiles back at Eclipse, encouraging her to continue.

"One time, a boy in our school traveled to Jupiter for me— because over there, it rains diamonds— and he came back the next day to give them to me," Stella chuckles. Eclipse laughs at the short story and manages to move closer to Stella. There is only a small space between them.

"What else do you do?" Eclipse whispers. Stella thinks for a moment, then moves closer to Eclipse.

"When two stars have a fondness for each other, they do something like this:"

Stella cups Eclipse's cheek in her hand, her thumb
giving Eclipse's lips a gentle stroke. Eclipse's lips feel tingly as the stars from Stella's touch fall on her skin. She smiles and cups Stella's cheek in return. Eclipse's eyes focus on Stella's plush lips. Her calloused thumb brushes against her lips, stardust falling from Stella's soft, smooth lips. A small sigh escapes from her slightly parted lips, a smile twitching at them.

"Like that?" Eclipse asks, her voice soft and just nearly under a whisper. Stella nods.
"Yes," she answers. "What do your people do to show affection for one another?"

Eclipse blushes at the question. It's now her turn to chew nervously on her full, bottom lip.

"I can't really describe it," Eclipse states. "I-I'd have to show you."
"Will you?" Stella asks. Eclipse smiles sheepishly and nods.
"Yeah, absolutely," she says. "Close your eyes."
