Kara's POV
It's our 1st wedding anniversary and I walk in our apartment once again it's empty. There is no Lena I hope she didn't forget.
Lena's POV
It's gonna be another late night at the office. So I give Kara a call. (Oh the phone) "hey babe" Kara answered the phone "hey darling" I reply "when do you think you'll be home" Kara ask "well that's why I'm calling it gonna be really late. Silence. "Kara" I say nervously "I have to go see you when you get home"Kara gets off the phone quickly. So I walk over to my desk then something catches my attention it's the 23rd of August oh my goodness it's our anniversary I say to myself.
Kara's POV
"Damn it" I say on the phone to Alex "I can't believe she forgot" I say sobbing at this point "I know o can't believe she forgot Kara" Alex said clearly upset "why don't you come over to my house and we can have a sister night" Alex ask "sure be over in a few" I say hanging up the phone
Across town at Alex and Maggie's apartment
Alex's POV
Sitting here watching Netflix waiting for Kara to get here. Than I feel a quick wind come through the apartment and sure enough it's Kara flying through my window. "Hey sis" she says walking over to the couch where I am sitting and lays across the couch with her head in my leg " so do you want to talk about" I ask "NO!" She yells than starts tearing up she sits up really quick I pull her into a hug rubbing her back trying to sooth next thing I know she's laying with her head on the other end of the couch asleep. I'm gonna kill Lena Luthor I thought to my self.
Back at Lena and Kara's apartment
Lena's POV
I rush in the apartment and there's a beautiful set up on the table my favorite dinner on the counter and candles that was once burning but now are out I am such an idiot I thought to myself. "Kara" I yell no answer I walk to our bedroom rose pedals in the shape of a heart in the bed but no sign of Kara anywhere there's only two other places she can be I'll try Alex and Maggie's first.
Alex's POV
Sitting here watching tv then I hear a knock on the door I look over at Kara starting to wake up I get up to see who's at the door and sure enough it Lena Luthor "is Kara here" she asked of course Kara hears it and stands up to walk over to the door and walk away to give them a minute
Kara's POV
"Hey" my wife says "hi" I reply "look Kara I'm sorry" Lena says I just look at her "Kara are you going to say anything" Lena ask " I'm an idiot I'm sorry I love you more than life itself" Lena says "I love you too Lena" I say back to my wife "can we go home and talk about this" she asks me "sure" I said "than I just look at Alex and I think she knows because she just nods and I walk out with my wife
We get back to our apartment and I see that my wife is thinking really hard about something "so" I said she looks up at me and I see tears in her eyes it breaks my heart to see that
Lena's POV
I am so mad at my self for forgetting "so" Kara's says bringing me out of my thoughts I look up at her and I feel my eyes tear up "I'm really sorry Kara I'm so sorry that I forgot please don't leave me I'm so sorry I love you so much please don't lea-" I'm cut off by my wife lips crashing on to mine "baby I'm not going anywhere why would you think I would leave" she ask "people always leave me" I said she looks at me with tears in eyes and said "baby your stuck with me forever"
