He closed his eyes, breathing deeply thru his nose. Ignoring the ear splitting wail of the alarm as a red blip of light accompany its assault flashing its color along the empty corridor. It's quiet, too quiet for his taste, no humans were present along the hallway which is an oddity itself. He was in a freakin laboratory, expecting doctors, scientist panicking and stumbling around trying to escape and get out. Something is wrong. He was sure of it.

"Goddammit" he muttered. That awful alarm's already giving him a headache. I wonder how Sean was enduring it.

"Sean" he motioned with his hands, gaining the attention of his most trusted friend. A man in his mid twenties, dotting a muscular build reaching the height of 6'2, with his black hair with a patch of white highlighted hair, quietly moved towards him. "Can you please do something about the alarm? Its not helping our case, and its fuckin annoying. How can you stand it?"

His exuberant sigh echoed around me."Thank god! You wanted that thing off. And honestly? I cant stand it either". And he really cant stand it. His brows are in constant grimace and it looks like he's having a massive headache.

"Hope you still remember this place. Go find the security area and disengage the alarm system. Apprehend anyone you come across with, don't fire unless you're fired at and--"

"Yeah yeah. I know the drills sergeant Dylan. Don't worry about me, i can handle this shit". Yeah. Sean the cocky bastard.

"You better. We'll scout on ahead. Follow us after you're done"

Sean mocked saluted him, two fingers going up his brows and quickly bringing it down and the gesture irritated him . he was about to punch him on the shoulder when Sean gracefully dodged him and giving him a grin. Then a second later he had his game face on, eyes focused and attention sharpening. He knew this mission is important, he's been in this kind of laboratory before which made him what he was now. He knew, of all people, how this bastards wanted to play God, experimenting on humans, enhancing them, never minding the consequences.

Understanding passed between them. The horrors, the pain. He nodded at him, silently telling him to get the job done, he nodded back as if saying that he got this.

Sean turned his back to him and lightly jogged the opposite direction they were currently threading. He, once again, breathed deeply, calming his fraying nerves, slowly opened his eyes to the reality of their mission.

The comfortable weight of the gun in Dylan's hands did not calm his raging heart. He tightened his grip on it, steadying the weapon and letting out a ragged breathe. 'Its show time' he thought to himself.

He once again nodded of to two of his remaining associates to get ready. He waited for a couple if seconds, then carefully stepped out of the corner.

His gun pointed straight out. His eyes meticulously sweeping onto the empty hallway. No guards. Not your typical day on a illegal laboratory. He inched himself towards the first door that he saw to his left and motioned for the other two do the same to the other remaining doors.

Dylan silently counted to three then slowly eased of the door. Hinges held and no creak sounded. The room was pitch black but he could see the makings of a ... Bed?. He crept inside with his back planted to the wall. His right hand steadily holding the gun while his left searched for the light switch. When he felt a ridge on the wall he knew he found the switch and turned it on.

Blinding light flashed out into the room making him temporarily blind. Which is not good because most of the time its when someone or somebody attacks. As his sight gradually adjusted to the light, thankfully no one attacked him but currently? He didn't care because as he mentally scan the room he didn't see anyone.
