Chapter 35

*Harveys POV*

Emma. Where do I begin. The minute I met her I knew I liked her I knew she was special. I was gutted Charlie got her. I tried to deny my feelings for Emma. I tried to just be her friend but everytime I was with her I fell more for her. God this was wrong. Charlie is one of my best mates, I can't do anything that would ruin our frendship.

But tonight Emma looked beautiful. When she came down the stairs I wanted to kiss her and tell her how beautiful she was but Charlie got their. When I saw her outside on her own I went out and sat beside her. We were close and all I wanted to do was hug her and tell her I care about her. When she turned to me I took my chance and kissed her.

*EMMAS POV*

Harvey's lips were on mine, he was kissing me. What the hell. It felt wrong so wrong. I pushed him away straight away.

"WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING" I yelled at him anger boiling up inside me. "Em just listen please ok". I slapped him across the face. "NO HARVEY HOW COULD YOU, HOW COULD YOU DO THIS, YOU KNOW I CARE ABOUT HARVEY SO MUCH" "I know I know but Emma I I I have feelings for you I have ever since I met you" he said staring down at me. "What, what are you talking about Harvey". I was confused. Why is Harvey confessing feelings for me. This isn't right. None of this is right. "I like you Emma" he said and the way he said it I knew he ment it. "No no ok this isn't right and this never happened ok" I said getting up and running inside. My head was pounding. I was trying to wrap my head around what just happened. I saw Charlie across the room. He was smiling. He was so happy. I felt horrible. How can I tell him that his bestfriend just kissed me. I don't tell him thats how. I can't. "Hey uh Charlie I'm gonna go to bed, I have a headache" I said. It was part of the truth. "Ok babe, feel better soon" He said and kissed me. It felt right. Charlie's kiss felt right, Harvey's didn't. It didn't mean anything. I walked up the stairs and when I was walking past Blairs office I heard Leo talking.

"Blair she needs to go ok" I heard him say. I knew it was about me. "Leo you know I'm not going to make her go, she's Charlies girlfriend". "DON'T YOU SEE SHE'S TAKING HIM FROM ME FROM OUR FANS, AND SOON HE'S NOT GOING TO CARE" Leo was yelling now. I felt tears sting in my eyes. I tried to hold them back but they fell. "AND I JUST SAW HER AND HARVEY KISS OUTSIDE, YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE ME" Leo knows. Now my relationship with Charlie is definately gonna be screwed. "Ok Leo I believe you but it's up to Charlie to make the decision not us" He said trying to calm Leo . "Blair I want her gone or i'm gone" Leo said.He was serious. I ran to my room and I cried. I am not going to be the reason why Bars and Melody end. I have to go. I have to leave. I can't stay here. What's the point. Leo is going to tell Charlie anyway and Charlie will end it.

I spent the night thinking. It was 3am and I haven't slept. I wiped the tears from my eyes and I packed up all my stuff and shoved them in my suitcase. I went downstairs and Charlie was asleep on the couch. He looked so peaceful. I kissed him gently on the cheek and left. I called a taxi and it was outside waiting. I left a short note just to let them no this was my decision and that I was safe.

I got on the train and put my headphones on. When I arrived back in Bristol my Dad was waiting. I called him when I was on the train and I told him the story. He was standing their with his arms out. I ran to him and hugged him. I cried into his shoulders and he held me tighter. On the way home I told him everything. "I don't think I can stay here for a while Dad, I need to clear my head" "I understand Em I do" ."So tomorrow i'm heading back to New York. And I mightn't be coming back" He looked at me expecting to hear this. The truth is New York has always been the place where I have been happy. I need to get back there.

*Charlie's POV*

I woke up on the couch. I musn't have even made it to the room. The boys were spread out across the room. It was such a fun night. I couldn't see Emma so I went upstairs to the room. "Em Emma" I called.No amswer. Her stuff was gone. Ok now I'm panicking. "EMMA" I yelled again. Still no answer. I rushed downstairs and woke the guys.

"Woah man what's going on" Joey asked, slightly hungover. They all were. "EMMA IS GONE OK HER HER STUFF IS GONE SHES NOT ANSWERING HER PHONE AND I DONT KNOW WHERE SHE IS" I was scared. I didn't know where she is and she wasn't answering my calls or texts. "Ok bro calm down we will find her ok calm down, search the room again just to make sure she didn't leave anything" Joey said. I went back to the room and looked everywhere. I was looking everywhere. I noticed a small piece of paper on the ground. I unfolded it and it was a note from Emma.

"Hey Im sorry for leaving without saying anything. Im fine though. I just had to leave. Im sorry. I love you Charlie ♥~ Emmaxx"

She was gone. Why ? why would she leave. I turned around and the guys were standing in the doorway. "She she she's gone" I said with a blank expression. I don't understand. Where is she and why has she left.
