Have you all heard about Cory Crater and how he defeated the Axetale Plague?

Of course you have. YouTuber!Cory uploaded the story on YouTube in his world.

But you don't know the whole story.

You see, it wasn't just the UnderTale Multiverse that was affected.

From fictional worlds to the realist of real universes, this deadly disease had spread everywhere, killing nearly half of the cosmos itself.

And it wasn't the Sans of Time who told Cory to stop it, the ones who did told the young camera-man were known as the Cosmic Watchers.

Who were they? You probably wonder.

Well, first it's are because they are still alive. Second, they are the background characters that has no line. The people no one knows about. The people who would be in your life for one second and out the next. They are just an un-noticed thought in a network of brilliant ideas.

They lived in the shadows, not because they were feared to be known, but it's their job.

A job to watch over the cosmos and what's in it. To see if the story is following it's own timeline. To make sure universes won't clash together unless it was fated to be.

They are not Gods yet they made sure your fate, your destiny, would be the one they see in the stars of their home.

And when they found out that the plague had not just spread onto the UnderTale Universe but the whole cosmos, they all broke the first rule of their job being a Cosmic Watchers.

Never interact with the heroes/villains.

They confronted Cory, telling him that the entire plane of existence will be destroyed because of him and he must somehow fix the ink that he spilled.

However, he r e f u s e d.

And it took the inky death of his flowery best friend to convinced him to stop the plague.

With the permission and power of the Cosmic Watchers, he became the first-ever mortal to travel to different dimensions.

Which a lot help to stop the plague because in one of the worlds, where an entity kidnaps you and you will be killed a thousand times before you became a killer yourself, they found a prophecy to end the ink plague.

And that's where the rest of the story goes like the one shown in YouTube.

But after these events, Cory Crater lived with his monster family for while until he decided to travel again.

That time, Universe Travel was already common, so at the age of 21, he packed his things, hugged his family and went on to find an adventure.
