Free me from the sins of my past.
Cleanse my mouth, heart and soul.
Allow the salty ocean water to burn the opened wounds.
Make me feel everything all at once, so that I may never have to endure it again.
Make the wounds clean; allow time to grow skin over them.
Let it be a rebirth, a glorious one.
Break all the curses that were instilled before my great-grandmother.
Set me free from the self-loath.
Teach me how to love unconditionally.
