Yesterday had really messed with my head. I desperately wanted to be back with Jack but I also wanted time to be on my own and be by myself. Yet now I had agreed to go on all these dates with Jack, to test our relationship. I had to put it to the back of my mind today, I couldn't spend time worrying about it.

I was attending a meeting at the school for Josh, seeing as I was now his legal guardian. There were two people I didn't want to run into, one being Mr Hunt and the other being Luke. Knowing my luck I would see both of them.

9:00am
I pulled up into a parking bay outside the school. I got out and fed the money into the meter. Everyone used to try and get away without paying but they had all been slapped with hefty fines. Josh got out of the car and met me on the pavement. It was safe to say that the sixth form wasn't situated in the nicest area of town but here we were.
"You went here?" Josh said, casting his eye over the crumbling building.
"Yes Josh. Don't judge a book by its cover."

I walked round to the reception, with Josh trailing behind me. I opened the doors and pressed the bell so they would let us in. Soon enough the doors opened. I stormed into the reception and walked to the desk. The receptionist still the same one from when I was here.  She looked up and smiled at me.
"Ah Lola. What can I do for you?"
Unfortunately I had received an email telling me that my appointment was with Mr Hunt and so that was bad luck for me.
"Hiya. I have an appointment with Mr Hunt. New enrolment." I said, pointing at Josh behind me.

The doors to the reception opened and streams of girls walked through. They all began to giggle and twirl their hair when they saw Josh. There was no denying that he was a good looking lad. One girl came and stood beside me. I knew who she was, Georgina. Her brother had been kind of friends with Finn. She smiled at me and then smiled at Josh.
"Hi Lola. What are you doing here?"
"Hey Georgina. This is my cousin, he's starting today."
"Does he have a name?" She breathed.
"Uh.. my name is Josh."
I turned to look at him and he had gone a pale shade of pink.
"Well Josh, I think I'm showing you around later. So I'll you see then."
Georgina smiled before bouncing off in a flurry of pink frills and blonde curls.

Josh turned to look at me.
"You didn't tell me that you knew the prettiest girl in town."
"Aw look at you darling. Falling already."
He realised that he had not wanted to admit that and blushed.

There was sudden commotion in the reception before I was face to face with Mr Hunt.
"Well Lola, we're so delighted that your scrappy bunch are expanding."
"Yeah, quit the jokes. Can we just get this over and done with?"
"Fine, fine. Follow me up to my office."
Mr Hunt powered on ahead. I knew where his office was so it didn't bother me if we lost him.

Josh turned to look at me. He noticed my body language.
"What's your deal with him?"
"I don't even know where to start. He was mean to me when I was here, even went as far to say I was having a relationship with a teacher. Then I started going on a few dates with his son, and he basically made him break up with me because I have two children."
"Lola. You didn't have to come if it's going to be too hard for you."
I laughed.
"Too hard? I just get to wind Mr Hunt up again. That's what I live for. Come on."
We walked up the stairs and into Mr Hunt's office.

We sat down in the chairs in front of his desk. He was sat behind it smiling smugly.
"So where did this one come from then?"
"I'm from London." Josh smiled proudly.
"Ooh right. So are we related, or Lola have you gotten yourself a younger model?"
"He's my cousin."
"Okay and so we're enrolling you in here. I take it that you're the guardian Lola."
"Yes I am."
"I'm afraid you have to be twenty-one or over."
"Well I am twenty-one. I was last November."
"Oh silly me. I thought you were still eighteen because you're sure as hell acting like it."
"For f... will you just stop playing these games."
"Of course. If you'd just like to sign this here."
Mr Hunt pushed a form across the table and I began to sign in the various places. I pushed it back to him when I was finished. He then pushed a form in Josh's direction who did as I had done.
