New story!!! Picture of Alisha to the side >>>

Also, for the five chapters, on the side I'll be putting a summer song on the side, cuz' the theme of this story is summer...in case you didn't catch that.

●Alisha●

"LEESHA BEAR!" a girl's cry rang out into the air.

I cringed, as I saw my three older sisters dash out of their little cottage.

They all engulfed me in a giant bear hug, and I felt my lungs struggling to suck in air. This was really not working. I struggled to push them off.

They released me thankfully, and stepped back, giving me the time to study them one by one.

I hadn't seen the three of them in a year and a half, ever since they moved out to Oceania, a tiny little tourist town that is a three hour's drive from home. Well, MY home. Oceania was their home.

I was the youngest out of the four of us girls.

Richelle was the oldest. She was twenty one, and she had always been the crazy one. The café in Oceania was her idea of course. She loved the idea of having her own little café business, to my parents despair. She'd always been the odd one, spending Friday nights in the kitchen burning something, or spending lunchtimes trying to build some art and craft display that would collapse in two minutes.

Then there were the twins. Lesley and Felicia. They were twenty years old. Lesley was the one that my parents had trusted the most. She had a steady stream of A's, she had a boyfriend of two years that my parents approved of, and she was on her way to NYU. But suddenly, her Prince Charming of a boyfriend decided to ditch her for Harvard, and she collapsed. Her grades flunked, and she pulled her application. to NYU out. She followed Richelle to building a café business.

Then last but no least, Felicia. She was the one that I was probably the closest to. She was the probably the most sane one. She was the one who gave me advice on boys and style. But she shared Richelle's dream of a café business, much to my parents despair again.

And that left me. I had just graduated from high school, not exactly knowing where I was going. I had applied to NYU, but that was Mum's dream...not mine. My other sisters hadn't wanted to go, so I was the only one left.

I was visiting them for the summer, and helping out with the café. May as well be doing something productive, Mum had grumbled.

I studied the three of them in turn.

Lesley hadn't changed. She had naturally dark blonde hair like the rest of us, but when she went through her little depression stage after her boyfriend ran off, she dyed it a shocking shade of scarlet red. Surprisingly, it suited her. She used to wear cream blouses and grey skirts (Mum's choices), but now she walks around with flowy emerald shirts and those genie grey pants, looking a lot like a hippie.

Felicia looked prettier than she ever had. She had always been the prettiest among us. She had long dead straight hair that flowed around, and her eyes were sparkling blue.

Richelle used to wear her dark blonde hair in a bun all the time, but now she was wearing it flowing loosely around her shoulders.

'I can't believe you're here for the summer, baby sis," grinned Lesley, hauling my bags from the taxi cab and paying him.

I shrugged. "Me neither."

Felicia flung an arm around my shoulder. "Hey, lighten up! It's going to be like the old days! Just minus the 'rents!"

We walked into the cottage. It was nice and cosy, with  three rooms and two living rooms. I would be sharing my room with Felicia, thank god. If I had to share with any of the others, I would burst.
