Tweek glimpsed at the plastic pill bottles and a needle encased in the small box. His mother checked and re-checked the assortments of drugs and other things in his box.
"Two...three...and four. You have just enough. If you feel dizzy or ever in heat then-" She said.
"I know." He interrupted her while lazily rolling his eyes. "I'm not four, mom! I'm-ack!-used to it."
He was used to it. Used to inhaling the smell of the bitter medication. He was used to feeling the sensation of the sharp metallic pin in his right arm. Tweek used to jump when he saw needles, but now it's a common occurrence for this boy. Sometimes, though, his fingers would tremble when he held the object.
Tweek tried to stop himself from drinking even more coffee, but he can't help himself. He poured the black liquid and let it melt with the concoction of sugar and creamy milk. The tiny spoon mixed in the cup, creating a swirl of white and brown.
He was wary while walking to school, cautious of any Alphas ganging on him. It used to happen in middle school, and he wanted a change. This was going to be his last year of South Park High, and he wanted to end it strong. Sometimes he felt stuck at South Park High. The school encased him like the pills encased in the plastic box.
Wendy clasped her hands together while standing near the teacher's front desk.
"If anyone wants to join the senior committee, the info is at the bulletin boar-"
Suddenly, a family voice interrupted her. It was a high-pitched squeal; his voice always made Tweek cringe. "Shut up, Wendy!" Eric snickered.
Wendy's fingers curled in anger. "Well, at least I'm not a beta!"
The class went silent for a second and roared in laughter. It was ironic to see Cartman ending up as a beta, considering that he acted all alpha. In elementary, he confidently bragged about his accomplishments as an alpha. Far-cry tales of boning a chick in heat or making ten girls pregnant turned out to be false!
His plump face soon transitioned to deep hues of red. "I'm a beta but I still get more bitches than you, woman!" He was desperately searching for anything to fire back with.
"Ok guys, settle down." The man seemed to be balding, but he was the teacher all right. "We have a new student here; his name is Craig."
A boy with jet-black hair and ocean eyes emerge in the room. The class turns from silence to murmurs at the boy. He wore a woven blue hat with its flaps framing his face. Tweek had to admit that he was quite handsome, and Tweek was sure that he's seen Craig before.
Craig glimpsed at Tweek for a second as both their eyes met. It felt like time stood still. Tweek glimpsed down, fumbling with his pencil as an excuse to look away. Craig seemed to be a magnet, attracting the sights and wonders of the kids in the class.
South Park High was going to be a long year.
