Chapter 10

"Wake up." I said as a desperate attempt to wake up Zayn. He was sleeping so peacefully. I didn't want to interrupt him, but I had to or else he would be late for school.

"Do you want me to splash water on you?" I asked shaking him. His eyes opened slowly and we stared at each other for a second. "Go to the shower."

I walked out of his room and waited on the kitchen table. After a couple of minutes he came out and made us breakfast. Pancakes with syrup was on the menu for today.

I couldn't make anything. If I ever tried I would burn my hand, burn the food, or make it really spicy or really plain. Cooking was not my thing. Zayn could cook, but Harry was the master chef.

Sometimes I would stop by their place and try some food for Harry. He liked things to be perfect. "Hey." said a voice from behind me.

I turned around to see Lea smiling at me. "Hey." I replied back. She took a seat in front of me and said "Are you excited?"

"Not really." I said placing a hand on my stomach.

"Butterflies are perfectly normal." Zayn said flipping some batter.

"You two have 30 minutes before we head to school." Lea said starting to get up.

"Wait where are you going?" I asked.

"Places to be, people to meet." she said heading out the door.

"By that she means Harry and Louis' flat and Harry." Zayn said.

"Oh ok. Do you talk with Claire?" I said.

"Yeah. She's actually coming back today." he said.

"Can I meet her?" I asked.

"Sure."

"Hey I can drive perfectly fine. It's just traffic." Zayn said.

"Who goes into the other lane without putting on their blinker!" Lea exclaimed.

"Well apparently Zayn does." Liam said.

"We're all going to die in this hot car!" Niall said, fanning himself.

"Open the windows." Harry said.

"Can't you do it. I'm concentrating here." Zayn replied.

"I can't if window lock is on." Harry said.

"Guys. Calm down. We are almost here." Mika said who was practically the only calm one here besides me.

"Remind me never to let Zayn drive." Liam said.

"I definitely will!" Lea said. I smiled. Lea really gets pissed off by Zayn so easily. Finally after driving for so long we reached the huge white building that was our school.

Lea:

We all got out and walked into it in a big line. We looked like the Mafia except we were holding bags not guns. We separated and went to our individual lockers. Destiny's was right next to mine. Zayn, Liam and Harry had there lockers in the opposite side of ours. Mika and Niall had their lockers two classroom doors down.

We all headed to our first class and it was Destiny's time to shine. If she made a good and cute impression, she would make friends easily.

Destiny:

I nervously walked into the classroom behind the rest of the group. Our teacher gestures her hand so that I would come to her. She gave me a smile and said "This is our new student. Introduce yourself."

"D-Destiny M-Moore." I said in a quiet voice. I looked up and saw every guys mouth open besides four of them who already knew me.

"So Destiny. You may go sit next to Sean." she said. "Sean raise your hand so she can see you."

I slowly walked toward him and as I passed by boys I heard things like 'she is really cute.' 'you think you can get her.' and other things some of which I didn't understand.

I sat down next to Sean. He had blonde hair and brown eyes. I gave him my best smile. He returned my smile. After about ten minutes of listening to my teacher she said we had to work with our partner.

I looked at him and he said "Do you want to assign problems or do you want to do them together?"

"Together would be fine." I said in a whisper.

"I see. So I'm guessing you like to talk since you want to do these together."

"Nope. I'm the worlds most unsociable person in the world." I said.

"Well you really don't sound unsociable to me. I mean your perfectly talking to me." he said his eyes gleaming.

"I guess. Anyway should we start?" I said. He did have a point. He was really easy to talk to and I got along with him pretty well.

"Sure. Number one is..." he trailed off.

"36" I said.

"How did you know that? It takes me an hour to get this shit." Sean said. Just then Lea came with a glare in her face.

She pointed her finger at him and said "Sean don't you dare corrupt innocent Destiny." He then raised his hands up in defense.

"Ok. Anyway where were we?" he said turning his attention towards me.

"We were..." I trailed off as the bell rang. "Done." I said with a smile. I got up and gathered my books.

"Hey... Can we m-meet up later? I mean could you tutor me?" he asked.

"Maybe. I really don't know." I said walking to Mika.

Sean:

Did I get rejected or is that a maybe? I looked at her petite figure and found myself drooling. I saw her curly brown hair slowly moving as she walked up to Mika. I couldn't get her blue eyes out of my head as I walked to my next class. Hopefully I would have more classes with her and hopefully she would say yes.
