chapter 1-p

I never meant to fall in love, I just did.
3 years ago I met someone through a social app. That encounter changed my life completely. Even though we started as friends for at least half a year, we started feeling things for each other. I'll describe our first face time.
I clicked the face time button and his face showed up onto the screen. He had a rounded face, dark brown hair, and almost black eyes. I smiled as he stared into the camera.
"Hi!" I exclaimed.
"Hey!" His voice was deep and slightly scratchy. He had a cold at the time.
"How are you doing?" I asked.
"Great, just a little sick."
"I hope you feel better."
"Thanks"
His accent was foreign and European. His smile tugged at my heart strings.
I blushed, smiling.
"I can't wait to meet you." His voice was somewhat serious.
"Me neither. I know that we will soon though."
He smiled and chuckled.
"Fighting!" I chanted.
He smiled again.
An alarm went off.
"Hey, I'll talk to you later." He said.
"Okay, bye"
"Bye" he turned off his computer. My screen went dark. 
"I can't wait to meet you shawn." I whispered to myself.

By this time I was a freshman in highschool. Only 14. Shawn was a junior. He had been saving up to meet me in here in seol. Or south Korea if you didn't know. I luckily was fluent in english. We both took a liking to bts and kpop, anime, and video games. We were very similar.

I just hoped that we wouldn't fall apart. I can't take another heart break like before. Nevermind that. I won't let go of him that easily.
So about a month later he said that he would be able to make it in about 3 months or so. I was happy and nervous. And so scared. Shawn knew I had a boyfriend at the time but I didn't love him. His name was tae min. I forgot to tell you mine, it's ji su. It's a little strange I know. But it's my name.
Okay, I was really afraid of tae. He was intimidating, depressed, and angry. I know what you're probably asking. Why did you fall for a guy like him?!
Well, it's not that simple. Since my father is a company CEO, he'll do what's best for his company. So I had an arranged marriage to tae because his mother was another company CEO. Great, just great. I couldn't get out of this easily. But I know how to convince my father. So that's what I did.
