Chapter Eleven- Feast

Melody's Pov

To say I made a fool of myself the other night is an understatement.

Saying that though I have got a lot done in the last few days. I have a finished school. I decided to leave early that way I have a bit more time to work out what I want to do.

Oh I could be an inventor of awesome child's toys. Like a muffin gun or to make green vegetables taste like donuts.

Hoover jumped up next to me on the lounge making sure I knew he was still there.

Penny's dad has pressed charges and I can't go within a hundred feet of her. He was trying to get me to pay for her nose job too.

I don't get why she can't just mold it back. I mean it's made of plastic anyway. Shrugging I decided to make Hoover and me some lunch.

Juila is suppose to ring sometime today shes the only one that I talk to since Conny and I arent friends anymore.

Corey is also away on his mission still I have to admit that I miss talking to him.

Hopefully he hasnt gotten hurt or stuck somewhere in the middle of no where.

What if mutants have captured him and they want to study him to try and find a cure for being an mutant.

I don't know what I would do if something was to happen to Corey.

Hoover started growing that made me jump and brought me out of my day dreaming.

I don't know why but I'm getting an uneasy feeling. Slowly making my way to the window I pulled back the curtain and peaked though.

I couldn't see anyone or anything.

Shrugging I realised that my mind is playing tricks on me. Still I made sure that Hoover stayed close to me every where I go.

Sometimes living alone is scary and I realise that I really miss my dad more then I have ever realised before.

After walking around the house in boredom I decided I can't take it anymore. Putting a leach on Hoover decided to take him for a walk.

It's a nice day so I started walking towards the park that's not far from where I live.

I hope that this month goes by fast so that I can finally start talking to Corey again.

I have so much I want to tell him and I have been writing everything down so that I don't forget anything.

Finding a shady tree to sit under I started to read while Hoover laid down next to me worn out from our walk.

His in a lot better health then when I found him. I have to take him back to the vet soon just so they can check on him.

Putting down the book I decided that I want to be a little kid so I ran to the swing while almost tripping over before I hopped on.

Deciding that Hoover and I have been at the park long enough. I picked up my things then started walking home.

That's until I realised that something was written on the book I was reading.

Not long now love until you'll be mine x

Saying that my blood has went cold is an understatement. Why won't this guy leave me alone.

He also has wreaked my book,  my favorite one at that. How would he like it if I went around wreaking his things?

Now I feel scared and alone. I wish I had someone to talk to about this. I know I should go to the police but what if they don't believe me and think I am imagining things.
