In my first year of middle school I was straight . They Call me Ness and I liked girls but I was afraid of being judged . I was dark skinned , short, I had a waist like Trina. But, I had my eye on this one girl named Tina . She was light skinned, dressed like a boy and very sweet . I always thought she was sexy . But I never thought she was interested in me even when I kept telling her friend she was so damn fine to me . In my seventh grade year I had a friend named Nesha who was bi . She was shorter than me , dark skinned with Long poetic justice braids all the way to her skinny ass. She let me try out girl with her . We went to tether for about three months and I felt very comfortable with it so I told all my friends she was my girlfriend . Everyone looked at me with hatred but I didn't care bc I cared about her . Later that night we talked on the phone.

"Hey babe , how was your day ". I said.

"It was okaee but we need to talk" Nesha said.

Hearing those words made my body hurt . It made me feel so empty . I was afraid and didn't know what to say.
