Amelia Rogers

*next day*

Being the obsessed fan that she is, Lily still can't get over from last night's show. She won't shut up on how Louis was obviously "eye fucking" me throughout their last song. She goes on and on about how he would turn away and come back staring at me once again. As much as I wanted to dwell on why Louis was staring at me, I knew it was nothing.

"But, Amelia! You could have died by the way he stared at you!" She says with an overflowing smile of happiness.

"Very funny, Lily! Keep your dirty thoughts to yourself." I say.

"Oh, it's not like you don't want to."

"He probably always does that on every show. It just so happens that I was the lucky girl last night and nothing is so big about that. Get over it!" I playfully swatted her hand away. She gets a wee bit annoying at times. Especially when she's talking about her favorite band. She won't admit it, but she's a hard core fan of the band; doing research about certain informations about them and all.

Can you believe she has tons of photos of them? Especially the drummer, Niall. Last time I borrowed her laptop, she had 3 folders already. It creeps me out sometimes.

But you can't escape being a dedicated fan.

As for me, I am a fan of the music but not the band. I think they're cool. But I wasn't as obsessed as the others--or Lily.

"How can I get over it when he tweeted and sweetly quoted a Drake song?! 'I got my eyes on you, you're everything that I see' Don't tell me you haven't seen the tweet, Mia!" She says as she turns her phone on, desperately finding his tweet.

"And the articles say he met a girl from last night's show. Now, the fans are trying so hard to find out who she is or should I say, know who you are.."

They were? I don't really know how to feel about that.

The thing is, I know the staring thing was nothing because I believe there are other girls that he'll find when he goes touring. It was just a stare. I can play a stare contest with any guy right now but I can't just go and walk up to him saying 'this is true love, you should ask me out and then marry me'.

"Lily! I've seen all of it. But can we get over it now? It's not like he will remember me or like we'll see each other again unless I went to another show." I firmly stated. She's believing in all the love at first sight stuff.

"Then we'll go tom--"

"No, I've got a paper to write. As much as I want to watch I just can't, okay? Can we go now and eat lunch, I'm starving!"

Louis Tomlinson

Last night's gig was fun!

Fans were absolutely amazing. We've got one more show tomorrow here in Manchester before we go to Birmingham. We've got a day off so I decided to leave the hotel and go to the mall. I just wanted to be alone today, and I pray nobody notices me.

I'm not expecting to see the girl from last night again but I hope I do. Maybe she'll watch the show tomorrow? Or maybe not. This is not a love at first sight thing, or whatever you call it, more like connection at first sight? I need to know her, but my chances are running low.

She was beautiful. Captivating. I surprised myself when I realized I was able to finish last night's song without messing up. I have never felt so dumbfounded in my life. I needed to know her. Her name, her fantasies, her dislikes and all that. I know I needed to. But like I've said, my chances, they were good as gone. I doubt I could find her in this city. She could have been from another state who came all the way here to see me and my band perform; most fans do that. I couldn't trace her, I don't have anything to trace her, not even her name.

Then again, why waste time on the unknown girl? She's as good as gone now. I bet there are other girls who are a whole lot more captivating than she is. There could be that girl who will mesmerize me, make me forget the lyrics to the song, make me forget I was performing. There'll be that girl who is so beautiful, my band mates would have to snap me out from my daze.

There will be that girl.

The girl from last night? She wasn't the one. If she was the one, anything could have pulled us together somehow.

But she's not here.

I went inside a shop that sells vintage stuff and old vinyl records. There's this aisle filled with charms and necklaces that Mum and my sisters would like so I looked for something that matches their personalities well; favorite colors, hobbies and etc.

I was just about to grab some charms or whatever you call these girly things and head to the cashier to pay for the items when I got distracted by two chatting girls entering the shop.

I had convinced myself that she was never going to be a part of my life all because I was sure I'd never see her again.

Or so I thought.

There she is with her friend, I recognize her friend from last night as well. Her friend's face lit up and looked at her with a knowing smile...

There she stood two feet away from me, eyes wide with shock.

We both held the stare we shared from last night's show...

A lyric came to mind...

Oh when you look at me like that my darling, What did you expect?
