Whom To Accuse ?

DANIEL'S POV

After Dylan's victory, we all sat together and talked, asking him about what the deprivation will be.

"Please Dylan, don't let it be hot water. I mean I can't imagine bathing with cold water." Mia said.

"Well, probably I won't cut us off from hot water. But if you feel cold, you can always come to me. I can make you feel warm real good." He said smirking.

"Now I am officially feeling sorry that I even said that." Mia said.

"We all know that you really aren't sorry for what you just said." Ian said laughing.

"What is that supposed to mean ?" Mia said.

"Okay, let's just drop this topic. You say Dylan, what's it gonna to be." I asked.

"I haven't actually decided it yet. But I promise you Mia it won't be hot water." He said smiling.

"Well I hope you choose wisely." Jess said.

"Yeah, you should choose wisely. And also don't get us off those comfy sheets." Caroline said.

"You girls should really shut your mouths. If you are here for some comfy sheets and hot water, then it's better if you just stay at home." Edward said.

"Dude what's the deal with you ? Its not like they were talking to you. Just give them a break, okay." Justin said.

"Yeah, whatever. I am going to gym anyways." He said and left.

"Oh you guys, I have now decided what we would be deprived off. But I am not spilling it right now." Dylan said.

"I knew you wouldn't." Jess said smiling.

"Okay, let just get to bed. We have to be at the venue tomorrow. Its better if we sleep." Car said.

"You know what Dylan, I know exactly what we are going to be deprived off tomorrow." Mia said smirking.

"I always knew we had sort of a  connection." Dylan said.

"Yeah maybe." Mia said.

"Looks like this is gonna end up being more than just a connection. Anyways, goodnight guys." I said and went towards my room.

The next morning...

"So Dylan, what would you people be deprived off." Miss M asked.

"The gym. Its gonna be the gym." Dylan said smirking at Edward.

"What the hell man !" Edward exclaimed.

"Oh, I forgot to mention this, whoever seems most affected by the deprivation, will be the eliminated on the elimination day." Miss M said looking at Edward.

"Anyways, the gym would be locked out now, so you may as well find other ways to work out. Meanwhile, let's talk about today's task." Miss M said.

"It was a good one Dylan." Ian whispered.

"Seriously the look on his face was what I actually needed to see." I said.

"Okay so today's challenge will be at the pool, or should I say in the pool." Miss M said.

"Thank God, this time there's no cockroaches." Jess said.

"Lucky you." I replied.

"Now, let's head towards the pool guys." She said as she started moving and we all followed her.

When we reached the pool, what I saw in front of me was something I didn't expect to see.

The pool was filled with black water till the waist. I could say that by seeing the man standing inside the pool with a camera.

But the thing that actually shocked me, was what was in the boxes on one end of the pool.

There were transparent boxes filled with baby crocodiles. There were 5 such boxes. And another set of 5 similar empty boxes on the other end.

"Woah, crocodiles. Seriously." Anna said.

"Well atleast they are better than cockroaches." Jess said to me.

"You are scared of cockroaches more than these. Are you for real ?" I said surprised.

"Yeah, I mean, look at them, they look so cute." She said.

"You really confuse me Jess." I said.

"Well that's not a bad thing I hope." She said moving closer to me, her hands behind by neck.

And all I wanted to do was kiss her, right there. But that would probably be a bad idea.

"No, its not." I replied.

"So this challenge is actually easy. You will be teamed up. Then one of you would be inside the pool, and the other near the box.

These boxes will be placed at a particular distance from the pool. The one near the box will pick one baby crocodile, take it to their partner inside the pool. Then that partner will walk through the pool and put the crocodile inside the box and walk back to the original place.

The one with more crocodiles would win. This would be 30 minutes task." Miss M said.

"But why black water ?" Dylan asked.

"Glad you asked. This is because, that's the twist. This water is filled with obstacles, and you can't see them. So you have to be very careful inside the water." Miss M said.

"What kind of obstacles ?" Anna asked.

"There would be stones, wood, big stones, car spare parts and stuff like that." Miss M said.

"What if we drop the crocodile in the pool ?" Anna asked again.

"Then, there would be few guys standing in the pool along with you. They would take care of that, and you can continue the task." Miss M clarified.

"Would those crocodile bite us ?" June asked.

"Most probably they won't. That's the reason you have to handle them with care." Miss M said.

"But they can, bite us ?" Mia asked.

"There's just 5% chance of them biting you. But you would be safe, that's our responsibility." Miss M said.

"I really hope they won't bite though." Caroline said.

"Okay if all your doubts are solved, let's start with the task now, shall we ?" Miss M asked.

"Yeah." We all said.

"Oh, I forgot to ask this. Anyone here wanna quit ?" She asked.

None of us replied, so she continued leading us to the room where we were supposed to change and given the safety equipments which really didn't looked that helpful.

And after about 15 minutes all of us gathered near the pool.

"Okay, you guys can pick your own partners. So go ahead. But it should be one girl and one boy." Miss M said.

And just as she said that, I looked at Jess, and saw her looking at me. So I went towards her.

"So partners ?" I asked.

"Did you even have to ask." She said smiling.

And then I looked around to see the others. The teams were obvious. Ian with Car. Justin with Anna. And Edward with June.

"So girls would be standing near the boxes, and the guys would be inside the pool." Miss M said.

"Now let's begin." Miss M said.
