Chapter 31.

Sweetheart

I woke up because someone was raining kisses all over my face. I groaned at the sudden movement on my side. He chuckled a little and tucked the hair that covered my face on the back of my ear.

“Wake up baby. It's almost dawn.” he whispered seductively. I opened my eyes and I met his lingering gaze. “Hey baby, did you sleep well?” Realization suddenly hit me and I quickly sat up making sure that the bed sheet will cover my body. Nginitian nya lamang habang hawak-hawak ang kamay at wala sa sariling pinaglalaruan ang mga daliri ko.

Tinignan nya ako saglit bago napagdesisyunang, umalis sa kama— not caring if he was naked as the day he was born. I instantly looked at the other way for me not to see this gorgeous man standing proudly in front of me. Pakiramdam ko ay nanuyo ang lalamunan ko sa tanawing iyon. Kailangan ba nyang ibalandara ang bahaging iyon?! Ngayon ko lang din naisip kung papaano iyon nagkasya sa— Why am I fucking thinking about 'his' thing?! I shook the thoughts that was running in my clouded mind. I tried to get up, clutching the bed sheet tightly so that it won't fall. I heard him chuckled and placed his hands on my hips. Ano bang tinatawa-tawa ng lalaking 'to?

“You're still shy around me baby? You don't need to, I already saw it all, loved and caressed it all.” his sexy voice sending me shivers on my body. He pulled me closer and deliberately grazed his hardness on my belly. Oh good heavens! He's hard as a rock!

My body instantly responded to his teasing and added gas to the fire on my body that was slowly dying. He groaned at the sudden contact of our bodies. Because I'm feeling sore down there, I tried to get away from him but he already claimed my lips.

“Isaiah Hendric— what in the world are you guys doing?!” I aggresively pushed Hendrick making him caught off guard. Na agad namang kumuha ang huli ng unan para ipangtakip sa bahaging iyon. Halos matawa ako sa hitsura nya, sobrang pula ng buong mukha na pati ang magkabilang tenga nya ay namumula hanggang sa dibdib nya.

“What the fuck, Calvin?! Don't you know how to knock?!” halos hindi sya magkandaugaga kung paano sya uupo sa kalagayan nya.

“Dude! I was calling your phone but hell its off. Kanina ka pa hinahanap nina Kuya Xandrou. So I decided na sunduin kayo dito. Pero mukhang kailangan nyo pa nang panahon para makapag-ayos. So yeah, I'll be outside and just wait for you guys.”

“No Calvin, you should go there alone. Susunod na kami.” mahinahong utos ni Hendrick sa kanya.

Nagkibit-balikat na lamang si Calvin “As you say so, nandun lang kami sa may niyogan yung kina Nanay Ibyang. You know how to go there, right?” ngumiti na lamang sya bago nagpasyang umalis.

“I should clean up, right?” I asked, getting his attention.

“I'll just use Calvin's shower in their cottage.” before he went out, he pulled me to him planted a kiss on my forehead.

I went inside the bathroom and I stood in front of the full length mirror. I groaned when I saw some visible love bites on my neck, chest and my stomach. At kinagulat ko rin ang makita isa sa mga markang iyon malapit sa bahaging hindi naman dapat lagyan. Bakit sa dinami-dami pa ng lalagyan ng hickeys ay doon pa?! Napahinga ako ng malalim at sinimulan ng ayusin ang sarili ko.

After I finished showering, I got out from the bathroom and wore the summer dress that he suddenly bought for me. Then I heard a knock from the door and I saw Hendrick watching every move I made. I cheeks flustered when I met his burning gaze. He was wearing a white polo and khaki pants with a pair of slippers. Nasa beach naman kami kaya necessary lang na ganoon ang isuot namin. I felt my heart leaped when I saw him smiled. He really took my breath away.

“You done, baby?” I smile and approached him. “You look beautiful. ” then he leaned and kissed my head.

“And you too by the way.” I teased him and he laughed.

Then I felt his arms around my waist, “Let's get out of here, before I could change my mind and ravish you all day.” natampal ko na lamang ang braso nya sa tinuran nyang iyon.

“Alam mo ba kung nasaan yung sinabi sayo ni Calvin?”

“Malapit lang iyon dito, at kakilala din naman ng pamilya namin ang pupuntahan natin.” tumingin muna sya ng saglit sa akin bago nagpatuloy sa pagsasalita. “Dating nagtatrabaho si Nanay Ibyang bilang hardinera nina Mamita. Naging yaya din sya nina Crista noon pero umalis din sya noong magkasakit ang kababata ko.”

“Kababata mo?” I got curious when he just nodded when I ask him about his childhood friend.

“You"ll see her when we get there.” mas gusto ko tuloy hilain pabalik si Hendrick sa cottage nang malaman kong babae pala ang tinutukoy nya.

Napansin siguro nya ang pananahimik ko habang papunta kami sa kinaroroonan nina Crista. He was engaging a conversation pero tango at iling ang nagiging tugon ko sa kanya. Sa huli ay hindi na rin ipinagpilitan pa. I was getting weirder the more I get attached to Hendrick. I know why I'm acting like this, but I can't seem to accept it. But I can't find the reason why I shouldn't.

Hanggang sa marinig ko na ang mga boses nila. Based on how they're talking, mukhang nagkakatuwaan na sila. Pero may isang taong nakakuha ng atensyon ko. She's really close with them, she was wearing a white summer dress and a pair of flip flops. Napakaamo nitong tignan, ang buhok nito'y sumusunod sa ihip ng hangin. Nakaramdam agad ako nang hindi maganda.

Hanggang sa mapansin kami ni Crista at kinawayan kami na nakakuha ng atensyon ng laha kaya nagsimula silang lumingon sa direksyon namin. Nakita kong natigilan ang babaeng kanina ko pa tinitignan nanfg makita nya kami. Tumayo ito at nagmamadaling tumakbo sa aming direksyon. Humigpit naman ang pagkakahawak ko sa braso ni Hendrick.

“Drick!” Hendrick almost fell off the ground if I wasn't holding him. Nakita ko kung paano yakapin nang mahigpit ng babae si Hendrick lalo na ang pagsubsob ng mukha nito sa dibdib nya.

I felt a pang of jealousy when Hendrick loosen my grip and swatted his hands from me just to hug that girl too. Who the eff is that girl?

“Aliyah, hey.” naramdaman ko ang malambing na pagbanggit ni Hendrick sa pangalan ng babaeng yumakap sa kanya.

Just what the hell is fvcking happening to you Isaiah Hendrick de Guia?!

Napailing na lang ako sa nasaksihan ko at iniwan sila papunta sa kinaroroonan nina Carly. Mukhang hindi pa rin ako napapansing umalis ni Hendrick dahil nasa Aliyah na iyon ang buong atensyon nya. Mula rito sa kinauupuan ko ay malaya kong napapanood kung paano tumawa at ngumiti si Hendrick sa kanya. Kung papaano sya ngumiti na hindi katulad ng pagngiti nito sa akin.

“You're jealous, aren't you?” Carly asked me in the middle of nowhere. Tinignan ko sya para makita kung nang-iinis ba sya o hindi. But no, she was serious— really serious.

“Why would I? She's just a nobody.” I vaguely replied, ignoring the unfamiliar feeling from building.

“Well that nobody, was his childhoo—”

I cut her off, “His childhood friend, what else?” i smirked at her.

A childhood friend, can't just compete with me now. Not when Hendrick already confessed his love for me. Not now, not never. And I won't let that happen.

“Not just a friend, my dear Urielle.” Carlh blankly said. “That girl who you describe as a nobody, was his childhood sweetheart” my smirked just fade and hell got loose.

And just like that, I just wanna pull that Aliyah's hair and choke her to death.
