"Come on, Johnny, just give it to me, give it to me now," I said, my hands and voice shaking. "I need it. I need it. Just gimme one hit. One small bag. Boss won't realize he's missing one small bag."
Johnny shook his head, his long black hair sweeping over his shoulders, "No money, no merch. That's the deal," he stated, all emotion detched from his face to leave an expression of boredom.
"I don't have any money," I said, staring up into Johnnys eyes.
"Well, I guess you don't get any drugs, then," Johnny scowled and turned around, walking toward the alley entrance.
"Wait! Please," I said, desperation crawling in my voice, "please. I'll do anything for them!"
Johnny turned around, a smirk appearing on his face, "you really think I haven't heard that one before? 'Oh, Johnny, you're hair looks so handsome today'" he mocked, "I'm no idiot, Lynn. I thought you had more decency than that," Johnny paused, "plus, I'm looking for something that you wouldn't offer."
Johnny turned around again before I whispered, "you'd be surprised at what I'm willing to offer," Johnny froze in mid-step.
"Really?" he asked me, a look of surprised curiosity on his face. I looked down, hesitating before I nodded. Johnny sighed, then looked at me, "you know, I've got a personal stash at home. If you want, you could stop by tonight. We'll have some...fun. You'll get your drugs or your marijuana or whatever the hell it is you want when we're finished. What do you say?" Johnny looked down at me, a cocky grin on his face.
I sighed. I needed the drugs, otherwise I'd start going through withdrawl. I couldn't do that. My family would figure it out. Not that my mom would care...but I couldn't put my little sister through that. I looked down to see my hands shaking against my thighs. One of the earlier signs of withdrawl. I needed the drugs now before my mother noticed something. Disgust filled my heart as I looked up at Johnny. "I'll do it. But you better damn well give me my drugs," I spat at him.
Johnny smiled, his long yellow teeth glinting in the dark alleyway, "Oh, you'll get what you want. Just as soon as I get what I want," he leaned down and kissed me, his slimy tongue slipping passed my lips and into my mouth. I squirmed and tried to get away. Johnny let me go, a mischevious look on his face as he said, "A taste of coming attractions." He pulled out a pen and a business card from the inside of his jacket and wrote something on the back. "My address," he said, "I'll be lookin' forward to your arrival around eleven. See you then, Lynn." he winked and turned away from me, pausing for a moment to look back, "Who knows? Maybe this little arrangement of ours could work out for more than just one night," he snickered as he walked out of the alleyway, leaving me alone in the shadows.
What had I gotten myself into?
