Anger between a father and daughter (🔪 - 😨 - 💔)

(Story details:

Cuphead had harmed Boris, and almost fatally, due to having to kill him and Bendy. Boris and Hazel have had a secret relationship together, and so once Hazel learned about this whole thing, she ends up very, VERY mad with her father and says some things that Cuphead thought he would NEVER hear from his sweet Hazie. This is told from no one's​ POV.)

Cuphead had almost fatally wounded Boris after attacking him and Bendy off-guard. Bendy and Boris were able to flee, and loose Cuphead,  Bendy had to take Boris as quickly as he could to the hospital as he lost blood by the second. Cuphead had returned home to tell Mugs he got Boris, or at least injured him. Hazel overheard the conversation and rushed over with petrified eyes.

"D-Dad.. you did what..?!" Hazel asked, shivering. Cuphead looked at Hazel, seeming to give a confused look before sighing. "I attacked Boris and Bendy. Remember, me and Mugs need to kill them. I got Boris good this time, so maybe-" Hazel was quick to freak out, interrupting her father. "YOU HURT HIM?!" She yelled, tears starting to fill her eyes. Cuphead and Mugman jumped at Hazel starting to get majorly upset, and Cup quickly leaned down to put his hands on her shoulder. "Hazie, come on now, you know we have to do this!" He exclaimed, but Hazel shoved his hands off and stared at him for a moment before speaking again. ".. A-and YOU know th-that there may b-b-be other ways to d-deal with this problem, d-dad! You d-don't need to KILL THEM!" Hazel cried out.

Hazel begged Cuphead to take her to see Boris. Cuphead hesitantly agreed. He didn't want to see Hazel to upset, so they drove to the ER so she can see him. Hazel ran to Boris's room as soon as she could, and she could barely keep herself together upon seeing Boris laying on the bed, unconscious from the doctors putting him anesthesia. He was bleeding so much they had to knock him out and do a surgery-like procedure to patch him back up. Bendy was beside him, a hand on his unconscious brother's shoulder. Bendy seemed exhausted himself, most likely, from being upset. He looked at Hazel, and Hazel looked at him, before Bendy looked back at Boris. "I-I just.. can't believe this..." Bendy sighed. "I know.." Hazel replied, sitting on Boris's other side and gently putting her hand on Boris's as she sighed shakily.

Hazel was in the room for a long time, nearly an hour and a half, before she came out. Cuphead was outside the door, waiting for her. Hazel did not look at her father's face, and kept her eyes on the ground. Cuphead was quick to notice this, and spoke up. "Hazel, why aren't you looking at me? You aren't mad at me are you??" He asked, and Hazel looked up at him with squinted eyes, which were dripping tears. "You bet I am." She angrily responded, and stood up, throwing her hand to the side toward the door in a pointing gesture. "Why WOULDN'T I be mad at you, dad?! You nearly KILLED HIM!" She yelled, causing Cuphead to frown and scold her. "Hazel, don't even start with me! You know very well that me and Mugs don't WANT to do this to them, but we HAVE TO!"

"But there are OTHERS ways to solve this! You don't need to solve it in their deaths, dad!!" Hazel argued back, her hands in fists and both at her side as she was leaned closer to Cup's face. Cuphead was also angry now. "Listen to me! You just gotta let it go, Hazel; there is no other way! What, do you WANT me and your uncle dead?! Its either THEM, or US!" He exclaimed. Hazel's eyes shut tight and shoulders up to her cheeks as she stomped a foot down yelled again. "NO, I DON'T WANT YOU TO DIE!! I DON'T WANT EITHER YOU OR THEM DEAD!!! I JUST LOVE BORIS, DAD!!" She cried out, and now, Cuphead's face scrunched upon hearing Hazel say she loves Boris. "WHAT?!" He shouted. "Well i'm sorry Hazel, but your gonna have to choose someone else! Its too late now!" He added. And now, Hazel has had enough.

"You know what..?! THAT'S IT!! I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE, DAD!! I HAD ENOUGH!! ALL I HAVE TO DEAL WITH IS STRESS ANYMORE, I CANT STAND IT!!!" Hazel yowled, as tears streamed from her eyes, her arms shaking from her fists being held so tightly. "YOU JUST HAD TO HURT HIM!!! YOU HAD TO, HUH?! YOU ARE JUST SO FOCUSED ON KILLING THEM YOU DON'T EVEN WANT TO THINK ABOUT OTHER WAYS THAT DON'T INVOLVE VIOLENCE!! YOU DON'T THINK!!!" Cuphead was about to snap at the attitude his daughter was giving at this point. But before he could say anything, Hazel gave a final blow.. "I HATE YOU!!! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

Cuphead's eyes widened and he seemed to falter for a moment. She did not just say that.. before he could process, Hazel ran down the hall in tears toward the ladies room/bathroom, where she would try to calm herself down. Cuphead leaned against the wall, hand on his face in shock and sighed deeply. Bekkah and Mugman made a quick walk from the waiting room to where Cuphead was. "Cuphead, what in the world just happened?!" Bekkah asked, concerned, seeing a look of pure disbelief and shock on her husband's face. "You wouldn't believe what she said to me.." He responded, and sighed again, sitting back up from leaning to look at Bekkah and Mugs. "We got in an argument and she just said she hates me.. that's not like her; she would never fight with me.. and she would never say that.."

Even Bekkah and Mugs were in shock at this. "Oh my gosh.." Mugman whispered. Bekkah put a hand on Cup's shoulder. "Don't worry Cup, she's just in so much shock herself at this whole thing. She doesn't really hate you, she loves you very much and you know it. Just give her some space, she will come back and you two can make up for that argument when she is ready." She explained, and Cuphead nodded, agreeing with her. They walked back to the waiting room. As they walked back, Cuphead stopped outside the ladies room/bathroom for a moment, hearing Hazel's quiet sobs from behind it. He sighed, shaking his head in regret for what he did, before continuing down the hall.

He definitely regrets hurting Boris in the first place, but even more so now that he knows the huge affect it had on the one he loves most. He just hoped that eventually, Hazel would accept the fact that in the end, its either him and Mugs, or Bendy and Boris. Of course, it would be a hard choice, but in cases like this, you don't have the choice to choose both.
