(lil warning so you dont get confused. there are special magics in this world, some people might have it while others dont, powers can be things such as, fire, water, air, earth manipulation, telepathy, teleportation, and so on, around 40% of the worlds population have magic and are called "hakon's", it is not known why they are called that, but people just go with it, they can have up to 2 powers, there are also a 1% chance a kid will be born as a "kini", which are people with multiple powers, 3 or more, and then just normal "humans".)
