Ai no Kusabi: Fated Hearts

1.Centuries Past

Centuries have past and Riki the First has long since passed away leaving behind his legacy. It was to be known that any male child born with his characteristics of raven hair and obsidian eyes was to be dubbed Riki after Riki the First whether they be his descendants or not. He would take o the name Riki and assume the job of maintaining all of Amoi at age thirteen. At age thirty -five, he would be declared too old to rule and thus the next Riki would be chosen. What happened to the previous Riki no one ever knew. Guardian was now a place where the elite were raised separately from their families and this is where the next young Riki is born and raised. Stripped of his fun from an early childhood, the boy was burdened with the name,'Riki.' The boy, however, did his best to show just how much he hated his new way of life. He was constantly trying to escape his room so that he could visit the other children to play but he was always drugged back to his room. His nurse would then give him a harsh lecture and a slap on the wrist for being 'such a bad boy.' As he grew older it became apparent that the boy now called Riki was now regarded as an untamable creature. Even when he was moved into his new penthouse where he was to assume the job of maintaining Ceres and all of Amoi under Jupiter's care was he still considered untamable. He was a wildcard that no one knew how to play even though it should have been obvious. He was a firecracker ready to go off.  Thus begins the chapter of our new Riki. Little does everyone that the acts of past will now be rewritten by this one young man whose only desire in life was to live life to the fullest and enjoy his time with his friends.
