"Eh?" she half-smiled. "W-What are you talking about, Hitoshi?"
The purple-haired man spoke, "Exactly what I said, Y/N. I'm breaking up with you."
Silence fell. Nothing but the gust of wind could be heard. Except for the poor girl's heart breaking into a million pieces. Without another glance, Shinsou walked away.
"Hitoshi wait!" as if inside a cliche romance, the boy halted. "Why are you doing this?" tears were falling once again.
"Do you truly love me?" the boy asked. Memories of them being happy together flash through her mind instantly. "Yes! Of course, I do--" she froze, knowing all too well what was happening.
Shinsou turned to face the frozen girl. He slowly walks towards her, as if wanting to stay longer together. "Forget me, okay?" he ran his hand through her H/C hair, "I'm sorry. I'll leave you alone, for now. Wait for me until I become a hero. By then, I'll find you and I'll marry you." He looked straight into her sad, glassy eyes. With one last move, he kissed her lips. Snapping her out of his quirk.
"W-wha--" the girl was left dumbfounded in the middle of the park. Looking around to see no one but her.
What am I doing here? she thought.
Shrugging the weird feeling off, she went home. The walk was cold and lonely as if there's a missing presence she's always looking for.
