How My Life Begin To Change: My First Time Facing Death
It started on the first week of school.
I was exactly on time on the road walking before the bell ring and the school gate will close.When suddenly I saw a black cat! and it approached me while it stares at my face.I frozed and stared back.I talked to myself saying "This is a bad OMEN, Malas ako ngayon" as I look at my watch.After the cat passed by I rushed to the gate as fast as I could. Because I knew that the bell will ring a few seconds from now. But sadly I was too late... The bell rang and the gate closed when I was only 8 Meters from it.I begged the School Guard saying "Pa Pasok naman Guard, naka habol naman ako at nakarating sa gate pero nasa labas lang" as I slowly push the gate open.But the School Guard said "Sorry bata, di pwede dahil baka mapagalitan kami at makukunan ang sweldo namin o di kaya sibak kami sa trabaho" as the School Guard pushed back the gate with a face saying Please Understand. I wanted to say to the School Guard that it is unfair but as I look around I saw 30+ students like me who got closed by the gate. I had no choice but to go away and wait until it is opened again.
I said to my self "This must be the bad OMEN, sana tapos na" but I was wrong and it was just the start.
When I got away from the gate, I was bored and I only thinked about are computer games.
To make my boredom go away. I went to the only closest internet cafe near the school. But there were groups of girls that time. I was to afraid to get in because I'm nervous at girls around me. I have no choice but go to the sea shore because our school is besides the sea. I did not expect that what I have decided changed my life forever.
There I was sitting under a palm tree listening to music with my earphones. When I noticed a girl crying besides me with a hair as shiny as pure gold. She was said something to me but I didn't hear it so I removed my earphone. Without knowing she just hugged me saying "I finally found you! I'm so happy, pagkatapos ng mahabang panahon na hinanap kita! Na kita din kita sa wakas..." as she cried and hugged me tighter. I was confused that time because I don't know what was going on. I was so confused that when she hugged me I was not nervous or afraid at her and I only felt something nice towards her like she is someone close to me. I wanted to ask her what was going on when I noticed 3 black smokes floating and moving towards me.
I thought it was just my imagination, so I ignored it but when I felt pain on my heart and felt something was flowing out on my chest. I saw a hooded creature with a spear piercing at my Heart. I was convinced that it is real because blood was coming out of me. The girl stopped hugging me when she felt my blood and shouted " M-Mana!!!!!!........." as I fell on the ground. The girl ran towards the creature like something shining on her hand. My eyes was all white after that because I died. I was on a place covered in white where I saw two People. It was a Man and a Woman in their middle age I don't recognized them. I askked them "Nasaan ako?" as I look at every direction from me with a worried place and said to them "Nasa Langit ako". Then the man said "Wala ka sa Langit, nasa Pintuan ka patungo sa langit" as the man smiled. The woman then said that "It is not your time yet, may mission ka pa to change humanity" as the woman giggles. Then everything became black and saw Death saying "Welcome to hell!, teka muna... di ka nararapat dito! bumalik ka!" I had goosebumps so I closed my eyes and heard a voice saying "Mabubuhay ka ulit para magawa mo ang nakalimutan mo na mission" as I opened my eyes. I saw the girl crying holding me at her hand and felt every tears that dropped on my face. I softly said to her " Wag kang umiyak ng ganyan.... kanina kasi mapaka saya mo habang umi iyak" as I pat her head. She was shocked and said "Buhay ka!???..... bat ka buhay!?... namatay ka na kanina..." as her eyes widen because she was surprised. I said to her "Obvious naman na buhay ako dahil nag sasalita pa ako" as I glared at her. She whispered to herself that " Did I just witnessed a miracle?" as she pushes me down and she stands up. As she whisper something to me about her I recall thing that happened on the passed. But there is nothing I can remember about her. My head has a big question for her and it is "SINO KA? ".
I have so many questions to ask about life and everything without an answer yet. But today I can have answers if I ask her. It's strange lahat ng babae na nakikita ko ay nakakabahan ako at natatakot kahit sa isang tingin lang nila. Pero kakaiba ang Babae na ito dahil hindi ako na tatakot o nakakabahan kahit na she hugged me. Sino ba siya? Ano ko ba siya? Wala akong natatandaan na may kinausap ako na babae dahil nanay at lola ko lang ang kinakausap ko.
