The first day of school- preparation- Jade

"Yay! The author decided to update!"

Well sorry for being laz- I mean busy with stuff.

"It's summer though?"

I have things I do!

"You mean watch Anime on Netfl- hmhmgnhnhnhkhmh!"

So how about that story then! Also leave a comment telling me that you like this little story I'm doing. I appreciate feedback but I can't please all the readers all the time so don't be rude to me or any other people who comment.

----------------------------------------------

"Jade, darling! Please hurry down for breakfast we need to get the materials for school!" said Rarity.

"Coming mother!" replied Jade as she hurried down the stairs, "Do you think they'll have dark blue this time?"

"We won't know until we get there, but we need to eat before walking to the train station." said Elusive.

"Actually, Elusive can you stay here while I go with Jade. It turns out Sapphire Shores' daughter needs a new dress." said Rarity.

"Again? What happened to the one we made her last week?" he asked inquisitively.

"Her favorite color changed. Again. for the fifth time this month." said Rarity with the most unamused look in the world.

"Fine. Good thing Spike just helped you dig up all those gems the other day." sighed Elusive.

"Oh! Look at the time! We need to get to the station Jade!" exclaimed Rarity.

"Let's go!" she replied with enthusiasm.

----------------------------------------------

Three guesses on where they're going and to whom they're getting the fabric from. People who recently watched season 4 know exactly where this is going. If not go sit in the corner and think about your life, bronies, and the fandom.

"Quick question."

Yes.

"Why did you stop in the middle?"

I felt like it and as the author I have the power to do so.

"\(O-O)/"

What did I say about using emoticons?

"7-7"

Pinkie!!

"Fine, fine. Party pooper."

That's better. Back to Manehattan!

----------------------------------------------

"Woooooow!" said Jade as they stepped off the train in Manehattan.

"I know Jade! Isn't it magnificent! Remember to stay close to me it's almost rush hour." said Rarity.

Ahhhh. Manehattan. Crowded, bustling and smelling slightly of too much cologne. Rarity and Jade loved to visit this place for the fashion, food, and shopping. Today, however, they were only here to get fabric and school supplies. The first stop was obviously school supplies. Why? Because the author doesn't like to write about that boring stuff. What he does like is supporting fandom speculations on tumblr. This includes side characters that appeared in one episode being canon and using them to his advantage just so he ca-hmhngnmgnhn.

I've been informed by Pinkie that the author has complete control over my life and that he is literally fuming right now. Let's just get back to where they were going.

[Ring-Ring]

"Welcome to Coco's Colorful Fabrics!" said the mare with cyan blue hair.

"Hello darling it's so nice to see you again!" said Rarity as she walked in.

"Oh! Rarity, what a nice surprise! Jade as well!", she said as she walked out from behind the counter, " You just keep getting bigger every time I see you!"

"Thank you aunty Coco!" she replied as she have the mare a hug.

"So, what brings you here to my shop?" she asked.

"We need some fabric to make Jade a backpack." Rarity replied.

"Of course. Is there any color you had in mind Jade?" Coco asked.

"Do you have dark blue?" she replied.

"Hmmm. Let me see here." she said as she looked around the store.

After taking a look around the store and not seeing it, she went to her back storage room. Eventually she located the dark blue fabric, the last of her stock, in a box at the very back.

"What luck! I found some at the very back! Unfortunately, I can't offer anymore than just enough to make the backpack." she said.

"No problem at all darling! I'm just glad you had some in stock. Jade loves this color and I'm sure she'll be very happy once she has a backpack all her own. Now how much do we owe you?" Rarity said.

"For you? Absolutely nothing." Coco replied.

"But we must give you something in return for this!" Rarity said trying to live up to her Element's namesake.

"All I want is your friendship Rarity." Coco replied.

"Oh, fine. Friendship hug?" she said.

"Always."

As they were hugging Jade felt left out and squeezed her way into the middle of the two so she was included.

"I guess we forgot the most important person in this hug!" said Coco.

"Alright Jade. We need to get home so we can start making your backpack." said Rarity.

"Bye Aunty Coco! See you next time!"

"Bye Rarity! Bye Jade!"

----------------------------------------------

Ok this is the real end of the story.

"Good grief you'd think the author was actually good at writing with this one"

You could be more supportive at times.

"Yeah but where's the fun in that?"

Sometimes I worry that you and Pinkamena are talking at the same time.

"Isn't that what makes for a good surprise though?"

Not if my life is on the line.

"Hey what happened to the narrator in the story after I talked to him?"

Secret things that only the author can know about.

"Oooook then."

[Insert Maniacal laugh of your choice]

"I think he's finally lost it so I'll end for him. Comment what you thought of this story and point out any errors or things you think should be changed to make it better. If he doesn't agree then he probably won't change it. Don't be rude to people and make sure that you sacrifice your stuffed animals to Pinkamena Diane Pie!" {Crack of Thunder}

"Huh that's new. When did we increase the budget?"

'When we stole the authors wallet.'

"Okie dokie lokie"
