Chapter 1

Like every and any other day i walked to my locker after school and Hayley my BFF was already there waiting for me practically jumping up and down.

"What what? did i miss something in Spanish?"

"YES! majors! I’ll tell you on the way"

"Okay okay haha"

We start walking out to Hayles house like everyday since my parents are never home and frankly my home isint a home, its empty and silent all the times. Halyles cuts my thoughts off and begins talking about spanish

"So i finally had the guts to sit next to jason today!"

"Oh my gawd no WAY!"

"Oh yeah and the best pa-"

before she could even finish her sentence a car pulls up beside us and rolls down his window, Audi R8. I know this car.

"Hop in, come on come on hurry up"

Its Nate, Hayles older brother. See nates a senior and me and Hayles are Juniors and since my parents and Hayles parents work together on business trips they’re never home either so we practically raised each other. Except for one thing, Im head over heel in love with nate, not like he would ever notice. Hes too perfect 6'7 quarterback and captain of the football team, Lead Pitcher and captain of their baseball team and oh yeah did i mention? Perfect Barbie doll girlfriend Nikky Landazo.

"Krysty!"

"Huh? what?"

"Where here you loser haha"

"Oh yeah right, thanks Nate"

"No prob, hey do me a solid and leave the back door open i  lost my keys and im not sure what time ill be back"

we get out of the car and Hayles gives me her disappointed look

"What?"

"Shall do? if i didnt know you any better id say your crushing on my brother"

i feel my face turn tomato red and look to the side and my voice even squeaks

"What? me? never!"

"Mhmmm. Planning to spend the night?"

"Im not sure bu-"

We walk inside to grab some ice cream, nothing makes you feel better then ice cream! and we sit on the couch looking for a movie to watch
