Okay so currently Emily is over and she's giving me a not so kind review on what I have to wear. I originally asked her to be here to pick out a dress but then it turned into an argument over my clothes. "This is so cute! how come I never see you wear it?!" or "what the heck... is this yours?" are some things Emily would say that I would blindly answer to.
"Okay so which one?" I said while holding up a pink and white ruffles dress and a black flowy one.
"There both so different. One is saying I'm a sweet and cute. While the other is saying, yeah I'm hot we should hang out"
"You got all of that from just what dress to wear?"
"I'm good at reading clothes"
"Haha okay. Well... which one?"
"Wear the black one. He'll like it more." She says like it was such an exhausting opinion. I'm pretty sure I'm blushing. I never really thought about what boy thought when I wear something and now that's all that matters.
"What's wrong? You look nervous"
Apparently she's good at reading faces too. "Well... It's just that... I've never been on a date before" I mutter out because I feel so awkward.
"You'll be fine! My first date was really scary but now I've grown from it."
"Thanks" I say feeling so awkward. The rest if the time is pretty quiet other than the few lifeless conversations we have here and there. We resort to just getting on our phones for a while until its time for her to go home. I really need to get better at conversations.
