"I can't believe I'm seeing Blurr again!" I heard a voice out side my room that followed with a knock. 'Again?' I thought, I never usually met fans at my apartment. The knocks grew louder and I stood and opened it to see a familiar red and while minibot. "Hi Blurr! It's me! Swerve" he grinned widely. I stood trying to remember who this was, many slipped my mind when bots tried to become my friend for the fame. "Swerve, right..um..come in" I said as I opened the door. He did not think twice and ran in taking a holoscan every detail of my apartment. "Remind me where we met" I said and served him a drink. I didn't know him but anyone in my home is a guest.
"You stopped by my bar" he grinned and took the drink happily. So that's who he was. "Oh, well how did you find me?" I asked slightly now concerned that I had never given him my address. "I saw ya come in here and I thought I'd stop by" he explained with that same grin.
He suddenly handed me a pink drink with a bow and grinned even more. "I brought you a gift! It's a new drink I made" his happiness grew ten times when I took a small sniff of the drink. "Smells nice, what do you call it?" I said as I took a sip. There was a funny taste, it was smooth, sweet and it made me shiver all over. It was good, a strange good. "I don't have a name yet but I made it for you!" He smiled a bit more if possible when he saw me drink it. Before I could say anything else my femme friend appeared at the door. "Blurr! I need some credits for me and my friends!" She whined and walked to me drunk. "You've has enough for one night" I growled knowing she had been flirting and putting herself on other mechs. "Just give me a few" she whined more then saw Swerve. "Who's that" she growled. "Swerve this is my femmefriend NailBreak" I said. "NailBreak this is Swerve, a guest." I growled at her as she crossed her arms.
"Not cheating on me are ya Blurr?" She hissed at Swerve. Swerve stood calm surprisingly, most were afraid of my girlfriend. "I'm not like you NB" I growled and handed her credits and practically pushed her out the door before she could respond.
I sighed and turned back to Blurr. "I'm sorry about her she can a real glitch" I huffed. He looked at me confused and served me a drink of the bottle he brought. "Why don't you leave her then? Sounded to me like she doesn't respect ya"
I took a drink and thought about it for a while. He had a point. She only wanted money to hang out with her "friends"
I looked at him and chuckled. "I just might" he looked at the time and sighed sadly. "Well I best get going, it's getting late" he headed for the door with a disappointed expression. "Wanna stay the night?" I suddenly asked with no absolute reason. He looked at me and grinned. "Really??"
I nodded, I didn't know why but I did, and I showed him to the guest room. "Thanks Blurr!" He grinned and laid on the berth. "No problem, I'll be next door if you need anything else" I smiled and headed to my room with my drink.
