2F EVANKHELL'S HELL

Light.

Warm, yellow, radiant light.

I opened my eyes, the beautiful light blinding me.

Blue. The world was blue.

"Is that the sky?" I wondered out loud, a smile on my face. "It's beautiful."

I looked around, finding myself in a field of tall yellow grass. Up above me, was the bluest sky I have ever seen.

It also happened to be my first time seeing an actual sky.

A whirring sound soon brought me out of my trance. I looked around to see what caused it.

"Mic test! Mic test! One two three! Hello everyone!" A voice blasted out of somewhere. "All the regulars who made it to the tower! We sincerely welcome you to the second floor! Evankhell's floor!"

Second floor? So I passed the first test!

"This floor is also called the floor of the tests, because here, we carry out the final test to see if you're qualified to go up the tower. I will explain the rest of the details later. First! Let's begin the test!"

Another test...already?

"The first test is simple. I will explain the rules, so listen carefully!"

A scream rang out somewhere among the tall grass. The rusty smell of blood wafted through the air.

I took in a sharp intake of breath, my heart pounding in my chest. And then I ran.

Screams were ringing from every direction, the blood staining the fields red.
